Seth from Hope Plumbing was super helpful and provided thoughtful solutions to our plumbing issues at a reasonable price (so glad I don’t have to deal with that old/leaky condensation line running behind the wall anymore!!!).He clearly took care in the work that he did on our home and he thoroughly explained what he was doing at each step of the process. The guy that came out today couldnt fix what was wrong (due to things beyond his and our control) but he did his best to help us out and was very kind and understanding!

This was my first time using Weilhammer Plumbing. They installed a new water heater for me in my home. Mark was very friendly and responded to my inquiry for an estimate very quickly. He has considerable knowledge and was willing to talk through my concerns with me offering professional advice. The installation was not an emergency, but scheduled within two days per my request. On the day of the installation, he arrived on time and had with him all the supplies he needed. He was very careful bringing in the water heater and taking it upstairs....No damage to the carpet or hand railing. I watched him as he worked and I could quickly tell he takes pride in doing the job right!! The installation was completed neatly and at a very reasonable price. Job well done, I will definitely be using Weilhammer Plumbing in the future.

We had Mr. Rooter come out to take a look at a sewer line clog. We've had this done several times over the last 8 years with different companies and have always had rough experiences.

This was our first time trying Mr. Rooter. Our technician was Randy and he was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly, treated us kindly, and was completely honest about everything. He took great care to keep our house and bathroom looking nice. He explained some different options and even was willing to offer some thoughts.

Ultimately, we had to install an entry point to our sewer line outside in order to clear the clog and see the line. They worked quickly yet took great care to do everything right. I haven't encountered many service professionals that were as thoughtful or detail oriented as Randy. For the installation of the entry point and line clear, he had another tech with him named Cory who was equally good at his job.

Everything was quick, well communicated, high quality, and very fairly priced.

After having so many negative experiences in the past for sewer line clogs, I couldn't believe what a great experience we had with Mr. Rooter. We are especially grateful for Randy and enjoyed working with him.

We needed 3 new shutoff valves below the sink and Floyd completed the work both timely and professionally.

We chose Steg plumbing since other contractors in our area refused to install items we had already purchased. It appeared as if the other contractors needed to get their markup on products they supplied as well as the labor necessary to install these items. With the purchase of our appliance at a national big box store and the quote from Steg plumbing the job would cost us just under $900. Comparing this to a quote from a well-known, heavily advertised local plumber we were saving $1400 on our job. We went into this with a little anxiety hearing horror stories about you never select the lowest bid but that is far from what we experienced. The same person that came out to bid the job was the same person who came to install our job and that is a huge plus. Not only are you relieved of the need to explain everything again you are also assured that what was quoted is what is being done. They arrived within minutes of their scheduled time, completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up not only after themselves but also after me when I had setup my hose to drain the lines before they arrived. I would recommend Steg plumbing and also plan to use them in the near future when I finish my basement.

First time we had to call on Mr Plumber ' was for plumbing repair outside (2015). No problems at all. They were very professional and friendly. They got the job done with no problems. The next time was for plumbing repair on the inside, under the slabs(2021). Again very professional and friendly and got the the job done. Then we had a leakage in our hot water line (2023). Mr Plumber to the rescue! They came in, very professional and friendly, got the work done. Fast! Every time they came, the staff was always friendly. I can always count on them! I would recommend them to everyone!

Tim came on time and was able to clear the main line as well as the kitchen line. He was very professional and took the time to answer my many questions about the whole process. He spent a fair amount of time making sure the kitchen line was truly cleaned out and gave some good recommendations on how to keep it clear in the future. I really appreciated the timeliness and thoroughness in getting our plumbing cleaned out.

Besides unclogging the toilet line to the septic, he also looked at a few other issues and made suggestions on the best ways to correct the problems.
