My home is 120 years old, I have 80 year old clay tile pipes. my pipes require a skilled maintenance and service. Ron with pristine plumbing has provided me with expert service, knowledge, and troubleshooting to make sure I could get a backflow preventer without having to did up my whole yard and maintain my lines. this has saved me a lot of money and my clay pipes have a long life ahead. He was awesome explaining the necessary service so that I understood it clearly and could make the best choice. It was a pleasure to finaly work with a company that actually has integrity and knowledge and gave me a fair cost. being a single woman I find serious irregularities in the quotes I get from home repair companies. I never had this problem with Ron at pristine plumbing. He has always been more than fair. I am very grateful for their services !!!! thank you so much for being honest!!!

Lance went out of his way to help me with a minor plumbing issue I was having at home. I noticed he was a plumber and asked for advice and he freely and without hesitation gave me advice that helped the issue I was having—free of charge. He’s very knowledgeable and my interaction with him was extremely positive! Highly recommend.

I have a unique experience to share. I found Mark's name in a blog that was 5 years old. I was trying to find new trim for a shower handle that was 23 years old. I emailed him with my contact info and when I woke up the next morning, he had left a voicemail, a text and an email. He has been really easy to work with even though I am in Oregon. He mailed the parts that I needed and they were here just when he promised they would be. If I lived in Indiana, I would call him every time.

They did some sump pump drainage line work for us and left our yard looking like this. Now they refuse to answer our phone calls after other vendors told us this is not how you do lines.

Great service and tech was great

Bob was fantastic! He came out to my house on a weekend for a clogged kitchen sink. He explained everything he was doing while he was doing it, and gave some tips on how to avoid the problem in the future via regular maintenance, etc. Very quick and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again!

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

I live in a CP Morgan sub-division where the plumping was done with cheap materials which make it difficult to repair. They got everything taken care of despite the challenges faced.

I highly recommend them. Both the plumber, Floyd, as well as the owner, Solomon. Both excellent professionals who will do everything necessary to get it right.

They replaced all of my under-sink shut off valves, the main shut off valve for my house, and dealt with a toilet issue. They are coming back to install sinks after I get a new countertop and vanity top.

I'm also now considering having them do a laundry tub install and gas lines for a stove since my experience with them is so positive.

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues. I use him on 3 of my personal properties and refuse to use anyone else. Working with Steg for your plumbing needs is the best decision you can make. Called Casey when my water turned brown and stopped flowing, fearing the worst - he came out promptly and was immediately able to diagnose the issue (water softener), quote me a very fair price to replace the unit, and set up a time to replace the softener. I called him after his initial visit with questions I'd forgotten to ask, and he was very responsive and helpful. Installation was smooth, he walked me through all the details - overall a great experience, would highly recommend!
