Best Gas Repair in Indianapolis IN

Our older house was in need of a hefty overhaul, including all new piping, a new water heater, and a new water softener, and Jonathan was able to come, diagnose the issue quickly, then promise to have everything done within two days. Here I was thinking “there is no way this all gets done in ONLY 2 days”, but here I am, on the second day, with everything completed and working amazingly! I would highly recommend Jonathan and Hope Plumbing for any plumbing needs, especially if you have an older home!

Doug has came out to my house twice for 2 separate clogs. He always very informative and patient. He's very friendly and even let my toodler help him work on our pipes.

Robert was very professional, did an awesome job in a timely fashion. He even sent me up with an appointment for the next day to complete a job that he was not able to do. I would definitely use Benjamin Franklin services again.

Excellent and on time! Same day delivery and Mark himself came out to remove our old water heater and replaced it with a new one. I called in the morning and he was there that afternoon. He didn’t charge us to come out and see what the issue was. He brought everything with him and didn’t overcharge me for the heater. Other companies I called wanted twice over what we paid for. Highly recommend! Can’t beat same day service especially if you have to take off work to fix a leaky old heater.

Aaron is an excellent plumber. He answered all my questions and remedied the situation with our clogged sink and garbage disposal. I highly recommend Aaron for any of your plumbing needs.

Unfinished job not happy with the work.

our hot water heater went out, ACME went above and beyond to install a new one the same day, the guys were great even worked late to make sure we had hot water that evening! Morgan was awesome making sure the team made sure we were taken care of! ?

Bob came to my house in the early evening, which is very convenient. We smelled gas in a room with a gas fireplace. He looked at the fireplace and also the gas line in my utility room. He recommended I have the gas company come out and test our appliances, since they will do it for free. He had a lot of advice and was very knowledgeable. We didn't need any service, but if we do in the future, I'll definitely call him again!

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

I’m a big fan of Mr. Plumber. They do my yearly maintenance check but more importantly, when I have an issue they fix the issue promptly, with friendly service and at a good value. My technician Ryan M. Inspected my systems a few weeks ago and I’m doing so we found a cracked drain pipe at my water softener. They scheduled a quick turnaround on the repair. I also called to see if they could install a faucet while here for the pipe repair - of course they complied. The repair and the installation were perfect, the service friendly and again, their pricing fair and competitive. Ryan M was great, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Mr. Plumber has earned my business and loyalty!
