Hope plumbing Was going to try to rip us off for almost $18000. Thank god we got a different estimate from carter's plumbing?? they charged us only $7000 that's $110000 less? For the same exact stuff that hope was going to do for us. I know indianapolis has had a lot of tornadoes and people are desperate rightnow but please whatever you do get different estimates and do not go with these people. A friend of mine at work his mother had called hope plumbing and they did the same exact thing God I stopped them and told them to call Carter's. . You don't have to use anybody that you don't want. But I'm telling you Carter's plumbing is so much cheaper and there so professional, So nice they will bend over backwards to make sure. Everything's correct and done in a proper manner. Just be smart because that kind of money is nothing to be played with especially in these times. And for them to try to do that to people is unbelievable??

Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

We had a burst pipe in our wall this afternoon, I called around to 6 different plumbers, all who wouldn’t come out until the next day because it was later in the day.

I kept calling down the list of plumbers until I got to these guys. Dawn answered the phone and was so sweet and helpful. We had a plumber out here within 30 minutes after I called.

He was very kind and jumped right in and told us the problem. We thought it was going to be hundreds of dollars to repair, and being graduate students that stressed us out, but he had the problem fixed in less than an hour and our bill was an affordable and beautiful relief.

We had a slab leak, so we had the slab repiped through the walls and ceiling. The team we worked with at Mr. Plumber did an excellent job. They worked hard to understand what we needed and wanted done. They made sure we were aware of the costs and places where we would need drywall and ceiling repaired after they were finished. The crew that did the work called before they came each time, and cleaned up after they were finished. We were pleased with the results and would recommend Mr. Plumber if you find yourself needing similar work done.

Told me I didnt have a leak and needed a new water softener, which they sold me. 2 weeks later, no hot water. Came back out and said I had a leak. Leak detection tells me that I had the leak all along and that I didnt need a new water heater.
