He explained what he thought happened and then offered his recommendations for a new one. The installation crew was very efficient and friendly. They also were careful to not get any water on the floor or carpets. We highly recommend them.

Mark was very helpful and answered all of my questions about my new water softener. Very professional.03/28/2023- Rick came out today to check my new softener. I was concerned that I could see water in the brine tank. Rick assured me that this is expected with the regeneration of the tank; I did not know that. I asked Rick about which salt I should buy and he assisted me with that and approximately how often I should buy the bags of salt. Thank-you Rick; you put my mind at ease.

Jacob was on time & very professional. On top of that , he was very kind & gave us lots of options at different price points to fix a bad leak in our main bathroom. He wasn’t pushing any products on us like other companies I’ve used & was very thorough in repairing the leak. He was excellent!! This company is awesome & we appreciate it!!

Mr. Rooter installed a cleanout in the main sewer line of our 65-year-old house and identified and fixed a broken clay tile pipe between the house and the city sewer. The team used shovels as well as an excavator to minimize the mess associated with the holes that had to be dug in the yard. Mr. Rooter charged less money for the whole project than the “Big Name” competition quoted for the cleanout installation alone. But the best part about this experience was our interaction with the personable, conscientious guys, who exhibited remarkable teamwork and seemed to enjoy their work. We would definitely use them again!

Collin and his team were amazing! They arrived on time and explained what they planned to do to install our AC and Heating systems. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.

Ken came out at 3 am to fix my outside lift pump. He did a great job showed up fast and the price was great
