Best Gas Line Installation in Indianapolis IN

I thought I had a shower floor pan that was leaking from the bottom or worse a leak behind the wall. Ryan showed me where the problem was actually that the caulking had simply worn away around the door. He was very kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. I love Hope Plumbing. They are my new go-to company for my residential plumbing needs! Highly recommend them.

They were able to get me in same day. I appreciated being sent a picture of the technician that would be arriving, the works is a crazy place these days. It is nice to know who is on the other side of the door before you open it. They quickly were able to diagnose and offer solutions for repair without any pressure tactics. I will definitely be calling them again.

This was my first experience with a plumber, but I've had work done by carpenters and electricians and I found the price of Carter's too high for my liking.

All said, my bill came to $564 to run 5ft from an existing gas line and extend it through the floor for a stove hookup. Total time working was around 1.5 hours, with a 30 minute run to the supply house for something that was missing.

There was a $70 service charge just to come out, plus a $98 fee since my house is on a crawl. My crawl space is clean, with easy access and the pipe in question was only a few feet from the entrance. While I understand the plumber works from a flat pricing grid, this seemed a bit unreasonable to me.

In terms of professionalism, the plumber showed up when he said he would, acted professionally while at the house, and the work seems to be done well. I feel like I overpaid for the work, but I needed the job done and it got finished.

I am sure my experience could have been worse, but I will shop around next time before committing to service.

The plumber, Micah, actually arrived ahead of the expected time. He was prompt, polite, meticulous, neat, clean, methodical , AND patiently answered my questions .

Not impressed. They are very slow to work with my home warranty company. I have been without hot water 5 days now. Sure hope they get to take hot showers at their own house!

We trusted Mr Rooter because of our previous experience with service professional, Randy, so we called Mr Rooter intentionally when we needed something this time, even though we had lots of coupons from other plumbing providers through mailers.
This time we had service professional Cory, and he was also very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Both technicians had such positive attitudes and were very skilled. We were amazed at the quality of people they have in their company. It felt like they were passionate about their profession, did quality work and gave us the best service they could... it did not feel like they were just putting in their time at a job. Both times it was in the evening, when they probably had already put in a long day, but you would never know they were tired and ready to be done!

Great service! The office staff is very friendly and communication was very easy with them when setting up appointments. The plumbers were very helpful and cleared the clog quickly. Great company to use!

They supposedly emptied my septic tank and not even two months later it is full and overflowing into my pipes, I tried to call and find out why they gave me the run-around and eventually said they would come and do it again(for more than they did it for the first time) and then said they would call me back to schedule a appointment and I have not heard from them since

I called Bob and he gave me tips to help me clear my clog in the kitchen sink first. He said if this didn't work to call him back and he would be happy to come out. This way could save me money up front. I would definitely prefer to try to clear it myself first! Good guy. Never met him but will definitely be calling him back should I need him.

Godby was good enough to come out on a Saturday and jump the circuit board to give us some temporary heat until they could secure us the part we needed. They came out Monday. Our technician, Kenny was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. We will continue to keep Godby as our plumbing, heating and electrical source of help.

From scheduling to follow up. Service Plus was great to work with. Tyler arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgeable. He provided us options and made as comfortable with our installation.

Replacement of outdoor faucet was done carefully with all details properly attended to. The work has a neat appearance. Time was taken to explain what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. I will use Plumb On again when I need plumbing services.

Had a pipe burst in the middle of the night that was spraying water so loud it woke us. We called 24 7 plumbing. They came right out and took control of the situation getting the water stopped and made the necessary repairs immediately. So thankful for the knowledgeable, friendly staff for helping us when we needed it the most. Will definitely be my go to plumbers for any repairs or upgrades to the plumbing in my home. They also do heating and air and were able to install a new furnace when it broke down a few months after the catastrophe of the infamous pipe burst. Thanks for your help in our time of need!
