What started as a clog turned out to be a pretty major plumbing repair, Jason worked tirelessly at our home for two days straight and made sure the job was not only fixed but left it better than it was the day the plumbing was installed. Excellent work, incredibly reasonable pricing, and very responsive. Casey rebuilt 3 toilets (one of which included a full pull and reset) and rebuilt 2 aging shower faucet assemblies. Replacement of outdoor faucet was done carefully with all details properly attended to. The work has a neat appearance. Time was taken to explain what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. I will use Plumb On again when I need plumbing services.

We used B&W at our old house. When we moved Across town in our heating needed some work, I called some companies and they all put us out a week. We decided to see if B&W serviced our current location… They were out within a couple hours!! Extremely helpful, explained everything… Highly recommend this company!

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

Justin B showed up in 20 minutes and did a fantastic job, I recommend 24/7 plumbing to anybody!
