The plumber Reconstructed my toilet by adding a $12 part in the tank, taking 20 minutes and charging me $350. He then charged me $300.00 for fixing an outside faucet and bringing it up to code. Less than a total hour's work for $650.00. Additionally, he had absolutely no knowledge of a tankless water heater that I was considering replacing. Although, over the years, I have recommended this company, at 75 yr old and disabled I have lost trust in this company.

Alex did a great job today. He diagnosed the problem in less than 5 min. (faulty garbage disposal) and everything was fixed in less than an hour.

I had an emergency where one of my pipes had developed a hole and water was spewing everywhere. I called and let them know it was an emergency. Within about 20 minutes they were there! Called Casey when my water turned brown and stopped flowing, fearing the worst - he came out promptly and was immediately able to diagnose the issue (water softener), quote me a very fair price to replace the unit, and set up a time to replace the softener. I called him after his initial visit with questions I'd forgotten to ask, and he was very responsive and helpful. Installation was smooth, he walked me through all the details - overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.
