We've done two services with Hope as first-time homeowners so far. Their techs have been incredibly friendly, very professional, and answered all my (sometimes dumb) questions. Ryan replaced 3 new shutoff valves for us, he and his partner did a great job. They have very fair pricing, especially for the high quality of service they have provided.

Nathan did an incredible job for us, coming back several times to deal with the much less impressive gas company and make sure we had hot water. Can't recommend Pristine Plumbing highly enough.

We had been going through a remodel for an entire week and had to stay away from home due to having no water or heat during the remodel. Everything was done but foundation guys found several leaks while reconnecting the water line. We had no water when we finally were going to be moving back home and called Benjamin hoping and praying they could come out same date without unreasonable rates. Not only did they find a spot for us SAME DAY but they showed up when they said they would and Jeff H. stayed late until the job was done. There were no weekend rates - they charge by the job and not the hour. That helped tremendously. Also Jeff was efficient and answered all our questions. Thanks so much for the professionalism and quality of service! We are so happy to be able to have our home back!

LD Smith did an excellent job with replacing my main water line. After skyrocketing bills from my utility company, they came out and quickly identified the issue. They had a team out within the next few days to replace my pipe. Everyone was extremely courteous and followed proper COVID protocols. Job was done efficiently. They were done if half the time they had originally estimated. All of the areas they worked in were completely cleaned up before they left. They sent pictures of the whole project and ensured my rate was a flat rate to avoid any overages. I can’t say enough great things about this experience. I’ll definitely be using them in the future and referring others as well.

They were great. Technician Dan Luke was nice and explained everything that was happening.

Very unprofessional. Left poop and dirty water on the floor after flushing the toilet and saying it's not his problem it's the the sewer and he doesn't do sewers. Just left a mess and cussed at me in the parking lot.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

Floyd came out today and installed a faucet in the kitchen and ran a line to my refrigerator. He also installed my sink assembly. He was very courteous and professional. He worked very hard at the job and I am more than happy with the work that was done. I recommend using reasonable plumbing.

Have to go with 5 stars for Steg Plumbing. I recently moved into a new house and had a lot of construction work done inside and out. Nearly 2 months of different contractors coming in and out so I needed tight scheduling, flexibility, fair pricing and quality work. This was especially true with my plumbing needs because this is an older house with a crawl space and I needed a company that was experienced in everything from finding and fixing leaks, to running gas lines, water lines, installing/fixing sinks, etc.. Every time I called Steg Plumbing I did not have to worry about anything. I enjoyed dealing with their whole staff from Dawn in the main office and a special shout out to technician Rick Cummings.
