The Andy diagnosed the issue and had to call to get replacement parts. From his experience and knowledge of water heaters, Andy also ordered a propane valve. Andy worked his tail off and completed the job by 9:10pm. The family and I are happy with his work and took nice warm showers the next day.

they were very professional. the plumber they sent out informed me of all the items he checked. He even inspected the entire crawl space for any other problems and then reported back to me. He keep me in the loop with every step. He addressed all my concerns, including my need for cleanliness. He cleaned up after himself and left my property spotless. Wes came to my house to replace a pressure reducing valve. He called when he was on his way and showed up exactly when he said he would, which was also within the window I originally scheduled. He was very friendly and professional and took the time to explain everything to me and answer questions I had. His work was very neat and of high quality. He even answered other plumbing questions that were outside the scope of his visit. It was a pleasure having Wes and LD Smith Plumbing do our plumbing repairs! They will be our first call for any future repairs

Superior service! I called Weilhammer Plumbing during a sump pump crisis on 01/10/20. Mark arrived within 45 mins of my call. He assessed the conditions and immediately I was at ease. He could sense I was distressed and worked quickly to remove risk of water damage and then performed extensive investigation to the root cause of problem. He was beyond thorough in the evaluation and further in the explanation provided to me, the homeowner, during the process. His service cost + equipment installation was very reasonable. Bob is the most disrespectful business person I've dealt with in my 15 years living in Indianapolis. I called to inquire about him servicing a plumbing issue. He rudely responded, no, before I could finish my sentence. Very, very unprofessional.

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

HVAC tech for my scheduled fall maintenance was excellent. On time, very professional and courteous. Explained everything in detail. Highly recommend him(Mario Wilson) and the company he works for (Service Plus).Drain repair guy was prompt, professional, and we talked like we were friends. He quickly took care of my issue and explained it when he started then filled me in afterwards on exactly what the problem was. Highly recommend this company and you would be lucky to get this guy, it’s pretty obvious he cares about his job.
