Pristine Plumbing is efficient and very professional! My technician, Jake showed up on time and was knowledgeable about the issue that I had. He explained and showed me the problem that my toilet tank had; presented the solutions and options very clearly. Once I made the decision, he was quick in getting the job done; all in a couple of hours. Great job, Jake! Thank you for being honest and courteous.

Donny came out quickly and took a lot of time and care to investigate the issues and resolve them. He was friendly and considerate and took pride in his work.

Had a major leak to our main line off the meter resulting in no water to our house but water pouring into our front yard and street. Citizens took 5 hours to come out just to tell us it was our problem, not theirs. Already frustrated, I call my home warranty that tells me they will cover it then refuse the next day when the plumber comes out. Luckily they sent an AMAZING plumber! The dispatcher, the timeliness, the service, all of it was top notch. I could not be happier with how we were taken care of by T.J. at L. D. Smith. AND for a fair price. As a new homeowner I now have my plumber.

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

Just had a service call from Weilhammer Plumbing. These gentlemen are the real deal! They came out and fixed, for free, a piece of water-heater work that was (mis)handled by a different plumbing company. They also provided some very helpful advice about some other minor issues around the house and were extremely pleasant and down-to-earth folks to speak with. They saved me a ton of worry because they revealed an untruthful statement about my water pressure that was made by a competitor, to be false. They were too much gentlemen to say the competitor was untruthful, but it was quite obvious that it was the case. Instead of the high-cost, high-pressure tactics I got from from their competitor, Weilhammer gave me a very reasonable estimate of work that needed to be done, but did not try to convince me that the world would end if I didn't sign up to have it done today.

If they chose to, they probably could have easily taken advantage of me -- I am not wise in the ways of plumbing and was pretty upset about what I was (falsely) told about my water pressure from the other company. But instead they were honest with me and helped, for free, to undo someone else's mistake! Their estimate was very reasonable, and overall I could not be more impressed, and I will be looking to them for all my future plumbing needs. I would encourage anyone and everyone to do the same.

Edit: I just called Weilhammer again today for an in-wall leak -- it was a nasty one but they jumped right in, on a weekend, and got it fixed! They gave lots of good advice about how to deal with the drywall, avoid mold, etc. The cost was very reasonable, especially for coming out on a Sunday with the Colts about to play! :) Bottom line, everything I said above still stands -- they are awesome and they'll treat you right.

Bob and his crew always do a great job! Bob the plumber is the BEST, He came out and took care of a couple of jobs for us at the house today very personable, did a wonderful job checked everything thoroughly. We always call Bob whenever we have an issue and it's always taken care of in a timely and efficient manner!

We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.
They have always been arrived on time, everyone they've sent out has been friendly, efficient, and explain what the situation is, what they will do to repair/replace and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough for all your plumbing needs!

Steg Plumbing should be your plumber, your mom's plumber & your builder's plumber!! My experience with their timeliness and professionalism inside my home was refreshing. Our water heater went out on the weekend and we had same day service!! SAME DAY. It is rare to have a company respond and complete everything as promised. I couldn't say enough about my experience!!

Met with Zoey at the house to clear a drain blockage. She was very nice, professional, and kept me in the loop the entire time. Even helped me with next steps.

Be advised they charge a hefty fee for coming out and giving an estimate - mine was $375 - just for them to tell me how much they'll charge me to fix the problem. Don't worry about calling the office to see if any of the fee could be waived - they won't - they've always done it that way.

Casey was efficient, friendly, and flexible. He rebuilt/repaired leaking faucet in a jiffy for a very reasonable price. He also clearly explained my options and didn't try to pressure me into the more expensive longer term solution (of replacing the whole sink/the valves underneath that have issues too) since I couldn't afford at the moment and that was a relief. He even came back out to look at a side effect of the repair for me (a clogged aerator due to debris in my line from turning off and on my water to the house) for free. A gem among plumbers. 10/10 would call again.

Had to have a significant portion of my ductwork replaced. Chris and Eddie were out to my home for 2 days. They did an outstanding job. Professional and courteous the entire time. Respectful to my property. Would trust them with any other repairs to my home. I would recommend this company.
