Wouldn't come out for less than $350. They set this as a minimum due to inclement weather. We declined, as we felt this was price gouging and they seemed to be taking advantage of the situation. Also, they gave no assurance that they would even be able to make it out at all. Thanks, but no thanks. (the garage door spring had broken and we were forced to leave it open a foot until the garage door people could come out...Garage Door Doctor came out immediately at no additional charge despite the weather conditions...they were respectable and ethical...Weilhammer Plumbing chose to gouge)

Kyle located the corroded electronic connections immediately. replaced electric whip, cleaned the outside air unit, found that filter system was not previously installed correctly, recommended what future maintenance was needed. He was polite and finished the work as quickly as physically possible. Hopefully all of your service people are like Kyle.

If I could give more stars, I would. Needed to replace leaking water heater and obtained quotes from 8 different companies. Andrew was by far the most responsive and straight-forward (in terms of answering all my questions and providing itemized costs for parts and labor....most others would not do this). Received what I consider a very fair price (certainly relative to the other 7 quotes), and never was there an attempt to up-sell. Installation was done quickly and professionally. I recommend Simply Water without hesitation, and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. A cold shower surprise prompted a blind search for a water heater pro and Gary responded immediately, showed up soon after and walked us through all the choices with straight talk about pros and cons for our situation ,aspiring to high end but budget conscious. His crew showed up next day as promised and did a beautiful install and cleanup with no oops/ extras, and some helpful care advice for getting stretching its life past the warranty. Absolutely recommend this long-time family-owned and staffed business Just had a great hot shower and feeling good about it costing half as much as our one other quote as well. An easy 5-star!
