This company came out to unclog a drain. After them coming out twice because it still wasn’t working we had to call another company who said that it was the trap that was full. The service manager is saying there’s no way that was the problem yet our washer works perfectly fine now. I even had the documentation to prove it, they didn’t offer anything of a refund just said it wasn’t possible but a SEARS PLUMBER fixed our washer. I do not recommend.

WOW! Excellent service by Michael. Highly recommend to anyone. Starting from the initial phone call I made until today when they came out they were incredibly helpful. It’s felt like they were there to helping me solve a problem instead of just charge as a much as possible like MR. PLUMBER.

All we needed was to fix a slow draining sink and Mr. Plumber quoted us $3k+ to cut into a wall and replace some cast iron pipes and all kinds of other stuff. Michael fixed the sink without having to cut into any walls or floor and it all works great now.

I will call Three Kings Plumbing every time for here on out.

Donny was great. All the plumbers have been very busy due to the weather, but he got here as quickly as he could. Brandon from Carter repaired the drain line (broken flange, previous poor repair) promptly and properly.. He arrived on time, and started the job
as soon as the scope of work was determined. The price seems to have been fair.

The work was difficult and physically demanding; however; Brandon was more than up to the task. Since we have a one-bath house, it was important that Carter finish the job as quickly as possible. Brandon was sensitive to that issue.

Roto Rooter service technican #885 Fela Colney provided up an excellent service. He was very informative and explain to us all the different options. He help us choose the most affordable price and got the job done in as little as no time. I really appreciate this company for having such representative that are helpful, understanding and willing to work with the customer in an effective manner.

Came out a Friday 08/14/2020 to do estimate and was back on Monday to complete outside spigot repair. Was very polite and professional and made sure the job was done correctly. I recommend this plumbing service as #1!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The service manager, Doug, is just about the rudest individual I have ever met. They did the plumbing on our 3 year old home when it was built, and we have had nothing but problems. Most recent, a broken water heater. My husband calls and tells the receptionist what's going. She said it should be covered under warranty. Doug gets to our home and says $250. I begin to ask questions and apparently that was the wrong thing to do. He immediately gets combative and defensive. It's no wonder our homebuilder broke ties with this company. They are unprofessional, rude, supply poor quality material and shoddy work. Steer clear of of this company.

Grey's Plumbing is excellent. Work that took me a whole day trying to do they had done in a little less than an hour. They were 15 minutes early (appreciated that), and they were professional. And their prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely call this business again when I need plumbing work done.
