Nick and Zach were great. They were on time and very responsive to our needs. After having been without water for a day and a half due to a burst pipe, they worked quickly to get our repair done and get our water back on. They were thorough and friendly and did great work. Very pleased with my Hope experience and will be a returning customer for my future plumbing needs.

We had a pipe leaking under our kitchen sink. We called Pristine and a few hours later Evert was at our house and repaired the leaking pipe and outside water spigot. We are very grateful for the same day, professional service. Evert done a wonderful job. We would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

Good service

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

I definitely recommend Mr. Rooter! Everyone was so polite and helpful in finding a solution to my plumbing issues. The job was not necessarily an easy one but Mr. Rooter and Mike got it done. Mike was awesome! He was very kind, knowledgeable and professional! He explained everything to me and ensured the job got done in a timely manner. Our technician, Chawng Vunga, called to let us know his arrival time. He came on time, assessed the situation, and gave us a quote. Once approved, he quickly and efficiently began the work needed to unclog our stopped up kitchen sink and garbage disposal. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and gave us a quick lesson on how to prevent this from happening in the future. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the skill and professionalism of our technician.
