David was great. He was able to identify our issue and did his best to fix it. Also assisted us in getting a new water softener that was from this century and threw in a new toilet. David was incredibly respectful, professional, and took his time explaining what he was doing, and why he was doing it. I look forward to using Hope Plumbing in the future!

It’s never the right timing for your water heater to give up. Thankfully, ours gave us a little warning before it completely checked out giving us time to research the market a little. Carter’s was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and affordable. Joe and Keith who came out for the install were not only skilled and knowledgeable about their job, but kind, personable and conscientious. They took their time to do a high quality install and work through complications that an older house brings to the situation. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived and even took opportunities to show off their cool tools and truck to our toddler who was obviously curious and envious about the work they were doing. Thank you Carter’s for a job very well done :)

Service tech very friendly, wore shoe covers to keep floors clean. Offered info to make the decision on how to repair very easy. We’ve recommended this company to our friends. Do great work at a very reasonable cost. Definitely will use them again.

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

Mr. Rooter installed a cleanout in the main sewer line of our 65-year-old house and identified and fixed a broken clay tile pipe between the house and the city sewer. The team used shovels as well as an excavator to minimize the mess associated with the holes that had to be dug in the yard. Mr. Rooter charged less money for the whole project than the “Big Name” competition quoted for the cleanout installation alone. But the best part about this experience was our interaction with the personable, conscientious guys, who exhibited remarkable teamwork and seemed to enjoy their work. We would definitely use them again!

Bob the Plummer was awesome!! I called on a Saturday for an emergency call-out on a clogged up toilet that had been clogged since Wednesday. (4 person household, 1 toilet, you do the math... This was an EMERGENCY!) In the initial phone call I was told 2-3 hours which was fine, since most places couldn't help me til Sunday or Monday. But once I texted my info to this business, I was told 35 mins as the ETA! Within 10-15 mins, our toilet was fixed, and I longer had to go to McDonald's to pee. I couldn't be happier with the fast and friendly service.

Great work knowledgeable people

I’ve turned to Solomon more than once with a ridiculous water heater issue (most recently, a birds nest blocking the vent!) and he has graciously helped me out every time within days of me reaching out. Reasonable Plumbing is 100% true to their name. Their rates are reasonable, they’re reliable, and most importantly for me, they are honest and straightforward in explaining whatever the issue might be.

There are so many plumbing companies in Indianapolis and big brand names have the highest visibility. Having dealt with at least two big name Indy plumbing companies for frozen pipe emergencies, and having spent unnecessary sums of money, I value Solomon and his business all the more.

I cannot comment on their ability to handle complex issues because I haven’t had one yet but they’re who I’ll be calling for any plumbing related queries.

Steg Plumbing should be your plumber, your mom's plumber & your builder's plumber!! My experience with their timeliness and professionalism inside my home was refreshing. Our water heater went out on the weekend and we had same day service!! SAME DAY. It is rare to have a company respond and complete everything as promised. I couldn't say enough about my experience!!

It's high anxiety whenever I need to call any services man. Service person, Gary just left after repairing my AC. I don't usually give 5 stars but Gary was personable and understanding. He explained what he was doing and allowed my close examination. Gary ifentified several options for me. I could not afford to replace my 16 year old unit but he was able to get it going for a very reasonable price. I'll eventually need to replace the unit. I'm recommending Summers for you and for myself.
