Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Indianapolis IN

I took advantage of their special offer on camera scoping of my sewer line, and boy did I learn a LOT! That is, my sewer line runs to the alley, not the street, and that it has some failure and partial blockage. VERY fortunate am I to discover that BEFORE there's a serious problem! That will save me literally thousands of dollars. Otherwise, the appointment process, and both the automated notifications and the calls from the tech, are VERY convenient and helpful. I was not at all uninformed or inconvenienced at any time. The two technicians were efficient, informative, and 100% professional. I wish I'd used them for other jobs in the past, but I'm planning on using them again!

I called them due my faucet breaking, and was able to schedule a appointment for the next day. The person they sent was polite, professional, and answered any questions I had. They were able to diagnose the problem and install a new faucet quickly and efficiently.

Was able to get to job quickly and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Otherwise review would be a 1 star. However failed to inform it was 229 an hour until the they arrived and started acessing. I assume that was the 2 man charge when this should have and could have been a one man job. Was also a 329 dollar flush which only took 30 min so was more than their hourly charge for something very simple. Combined 3 hour repair was 797 dollars and only a 10 dollar part at most. That is half the cost of just buying a new water heater. I do feel the prices were outrageous. I'm not sure why I was charged 329 dollars for the flush unless that is all they were doing then I understand trip fee gets included otherwise it should have been standard hourly rate at 229.00 which still is high. Lesson learned.

We have had Carter's clean our sink drain and also installed a new sewage lift pump. We were pleased with the speed and professionalism of the technicians.

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! We had an emergency sewage backup problem and they dispatched their crew within half an hour. VERY friendly and professional people. They solved the problem right away. Plumbers often get bad reputation but I'd use them again and highly recommend them for anybody.

Phil and Kevin were on site within 45 minutes. Fixed my issue within an hour and extremely satisfied with overall experience.

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

We had 2 new toilets installed

Our water heater cracked open and Steg replaced it. The work was done quickly and they were honest about costs and options for replacement. They let me know when they were on their way with a text message and email with the workers picture and bio! Great work and great communication. I highly recommend them.

The girls in the office that scheduled the service were so friendly and helpful! The guys that came out to install our lights went to Lowes for us to pick up light blubs because we forgot to get them prior to them coming. They were very friendly and very quick!
