I called yesterday and they were out first thing this morning. They evaluated the problem, offered several options, and then were able to complete the repairs immediately.

Hooked gas stove up to new natural gas line. We have always been happy with the service we get.

I received recommendations from a neighbor to call Grateful Plumber when my water heater was failing again. I was having some medical issues and knew I couldn’t deal with much more. I was so glad I phoned Grateful Plumber for expert advice. They were quick to put me at ease and they corrected the plumbing problems I had been dealing with for so long. My new water heater works better than the last one ever did and the pipes they repaired are solid and not sagging anymore from the previous poor install. My garden hose had been stuck on the spigot for 2 years and they repaired that too. Fast, smart and not a bad price.

John from Ciriello Plumbing was professional, courtesy and on time even with some slick roads to contend with. He gave us options to fix our issue with no pressure on his part. I've had Bob out to my home a couple of times and he's great. He fixed a pipe leak under a sink and helped unstuck a frozen washer drain another time. Bob's extremely courteous, professional and always has good help with him. Helluva guy. Definitely recommend.

Jeff Ham, plumber, was efficient and professional throughout the service call. Even the situation was not an emergency for me, he treated it as of it was. He even cleaned the mess that the original water heater left after it failed. I would highly recommend him and this business.

We have used this company for a small fix before, but they were so responsive when we called with a broken water heater. We called around 8 am and had the whole unit replaced before noon. The price was well within the range we were quoted by other companies and they recommended a better (more cost-effective) option than upgrading to the 80-gallon tank (which I had brought up).

Excellent friendly and efficient service to install a replacement water heater. Gary also rerouted our system to improve our usage. Couldn’t be happier!
