We were recommended Hope Plumbing by a friend and I’m so glad we went with them. Caleb Gluff was our plumber and did a great job explaining all the options he had to find the leak in our pipes. He was very conservative when, unfortunately, the leak turned out to be behind our wall, and made sure to cut only what was necessary to locate and fix the leak. He was so courteous, cleaned up after he was done and even played with our pup whenever our pup would check on Caleb. We’d for sure hire him again!

Daniel had to discover the source of a blocked water line to our refrigerator. He persisted in finding the problem, outlined alternative options and carried out the repair effectively and with a friendly, helpful attitude!

he was polite and friendly but it just took to long to do the job. He was here 3hrs for 1 drain. We did talk about another job but that was only 20 miniutes and then went to main problem the clogged sink. There was times i didn't feel he really was sure what to do. ACME did an AWESOME job on replacement of garbage disposal and water heater expansion tank installations. Management provided great service and communication when scheduling work at a VERY affordable price. Spoke with Susie to have a pit pumped and cleaned. She was very rude and insulting when I didn't know the proper plumbing terminology. Just based on the lack of customer service and common courtesy, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We have been very well taken care of by Mr. Plumber and their technicians. We've had 5 total technicians because what we thought was just a clogged sink, turned out to be a lot more. Warren (camera) and Jonathan (hydrojet) have gone above and beyond for us to make sure that our problem is getting fixed. They have been honest and given us worst case scenario options and also worked to get things flowing at the lowest cost possible to us. Everyone has also been willing to explain what's going on and answered all of our questions to the best of their ability. Would highly recommend Mr. Plumber to friends/family and will be using again in the future.

Indy Water Heater and Softener were called to fix some repairs when moving into my new house. Jim and Chad were the techs that arrived. They were great and did an amazing job fixing all of the repairs. They really went above and beyond (especially with fire pit issue I had). This company is great and will be the only company I use going forward with any plumbing needs I have. I can't say enough about the service I received from Jim and Chad.

Jared came promptly as promised. He was very professional wearing a mask and protective covering on his shoes. Everything looks very good as he replaced the garbage disposal and fixed a leak under the sink. I would have given this business 5 stars, but I have never run into a situation where I did not receive an itemized bill on the spot. Called the business and requested one and they called to let us know it would be sent out. It came today but it was not itemized. No idea what the sink repair cost or what the garbage disposal cost. Just one amount on the bill.

Eric did a great job. Explained everything in detail, quickly repaired the sump pump pipe, and did a quality job. He also pointed out an issue with my water softener and corrected it as well. Highly recommend Peterman Bros.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

Service was quick and efficient. Took about 20 minutes altogether and the sink now drains faster than ever.
