Thomas and his colleague were awesome! They were prompt, professional, conscientious, friendly, and knowledgeable. They replaced some old water pipe and valves along with two outdoor spigots and installed a water softener and filter. The price seemed fair. The woman in the dispatch office was very friendly, helpful, and personable. We will definitely use them again!

So so so happy I called Bob to fix my sinks! He could have charged me a mint and I would have paid it gladly to get my bathroom sinks flowing again. He charged $45 for the whole job and showed me exactly how to fix it myself if/when the problem recurs. Highly recommend!!

I'm very pleased with Mr Plumber. My technician came out on Friday and made an assessment and gave me a quote. Because of an emergency he came back on Saturday and did the work which I thought would raise the price being it was Saturday but he kept it at the original quote and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Mr Plumber.

He was professional knowledgable and very nice ! He made sure the job was done and even came back when the gas company was there to make sure all was good ! The Technicians (Derek Walden and Dave Talerico) let me know they were on their way and arrived as scheduled. Once they were here, they explained what they planned to do and kept me updated on their progress. When they were done, they went over the operation of the new sump pump and answered any questions I had. The work was professional and done in a timely manner. They were even able to reduce the original quote significantly because they were able to install using the existing drain line. Great experience with Peterman all around!

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.
