I'm editing my review based on follow up experiences with Roto-Rooter. Their service and process for replacing my water heater was unprofessional, dangerous, and misinformed. Their recommendations were not only dangerously incorrect, but also resulted in my undertaking nearly $1,000 in additional work that was proven to be extraneous by another company. I have taken my complaints to Roto-Rooter both locally and HQ, with no results. I'd highly recommend Williams Heating and Air for your pluming and HVAC needs in Indianapolis. Roto-Rooter is simply unsafe and not up to par with product knowledge. I will also add that their plumbers do not test for carbon monoxide when working with your gas-connected appliances, such as water heater. They do not carry CO testers and cannot confirm whether new appliances are safely connected, which is dangerous considering the risk they take when working with natural gas, both professionally and for the home they are working in.

We scheduled for next day service to replace a leaky garbage disposal and add a couple of new shut offs. The whole process was great, and service technician was personable. Easy to schedule, all tracked via a phone app, and reasonable prices! Absolutely would use again! Thanks!!!

Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

I will tell everybody that asks for a plumber to call Reasonable Plumbers, Solomon came out did the job quickly, professionally and thorough. When he left I felt like I won’t have a problem with this job. My water is hot, no leaks, really nice water heater and new hardware everYW here and they didn’t try to rip my pockets off my pants. Trust me check these guys out. I’m going to put in some before/after photos.

Terry did a great job and provided me with timely information concerning the old pipes that needed to be replaced as well as a couple of other issues. My house is old and over the years I’ve ended up with a patchwork of plumbing with a mix of copper, steel and pvc. We’re fixing that and at at a reasonable prIce. I’m a long time customer and I love Service Plus.

Bryce was so friendly and professional. Normally service guys get to the work but have very little customer service. He was very friendly, Knowledgeable and helpful.

Told me I didnt have a leak and needed a new water softener, which they sold me. 2 weeks later, no hot water. Came back out and said I had a leak. Leak detection tells me that I had the leak all along and that I didnt need a new water heater.

Joel is family now. He was patient, professional, and swift.

Called this company on the recommendation of another company for service because I had a clogged main line. I made my first call at 10:30am and they told me someone would be out. It took 12 hours and 4 phone calls before a tech actually arrived. The tech was able to clear the clog but less then three weeks later I started hearing the same issues with the plumbing. They sent the tech back out and again he ran the line and didn't find anything that would be causing issues. I was charged another service fee and nothing was resolved. I've paid almost $400 in less than three weeks and still don't feel comfortable that it's not going to have issues.

This company has the worse customer service and refused to provide me with their company cooperate number Their plumbers don’t wear uniforms and have drug addict attitudes I would not recommend them to fix nothing the do a half job and the problem is never resolved and they still bill you outrageous prices for poor work

Every employee that comes to our house is very respectful, and responsible. They take pride in their work, in which you don't see that in today's world. Nathan did a great job!

We hired them to run completely redo our outside spigot. It has never been connected since we had the house. They ran pvc, connected it, and replaced outside spigot. They were very professional, friendly, and worked in a timely manner.
