Repair man was professional, we have a toddler and she kept getting in the way (yes we were watching her and moving her) and the guy was really nice to her about it. Our house smelled like sewage and it’s fixed. He didn’t try to over sell us just fixed the problem. Felt comfortable the whole process kept us informed. 10/10 would definitely use again for any plumbing issues

My husband and I worked with Kyle. He was great to work with. Arrived promptly, provided great service and answered about ten thousand of my questions with a great attitude and friendly demeanor. He did exactly what we asked for on the job and made sure everything was functioning as it should be before leaving. Price was very reasonable and we would 100% hire him again for future needs.

They came right away once things were worked out, but the subcontracted leak detection company did not find leak after two searches and left plumbing company to figure it out. Three places were drilled into our slab instead of one. This caused charges for moving the water heater and furnace which did not need to be moved. No protection provided to keep concrete dust off of furniture and belongings and we breathed it in each time. A small hole was made in the utility closet wall to look for the leak that was not repaired. Our bathroom sink/vanity was removed to fix the leak, which ended up being in the bathroom. The sink was left in our unused bedroom and has not been replaced. The furnace was put back but it is not running the way it was before it was moved.

He could not fix my toilet or trying to fix my toilet didn't have the proper tools but was very professional on trying to help me but he was able to get the part off my toilet bowl inside it's called a Eco flush toilet American standard toilet so with that being said they need to get training for American standard toilet Eco flush parts. But he was trying to see if he could help me just to have no parts for that kind of toilet at all

Jake arrived on time with his PPE on. Super nice guy and very professional. I found him to be honest and knowledgeable. I initially went on recommendations that was on Nextdoor, a neighborhood app and so glad I did. I would definitely highly recommend Plumb Doctor to everyone. Bob and his crew always do a great job! Bob the plumber is the BEST, He came out and took care of a couple of jobs for us at the house today very personable, did a wonderful job checked everything thoroughly. We always call Bob whenever we have an issue and it's always taken care of in a timely and efficient manner!

Don't go to a restaurant in your company vehicle, receive good service, but don't rip. Try McDonald's next time!

Alex from Steg was covering emergency plumbing calls and came out and resolved a gas line leak in plumbing near our furnace today! He was professional, competent and quick. We appreciate him and Steg resolving the issue. Our experience with Alex today was excellent! Highly recommend Steg based off of this experience!

Excellent Speedy Service

Casey was right on time, found the problem with our kitchen sink drain. Replaced parts to stop the leak and cleaned up and reused any parts that were still in good condition. We were surprised that his service costs were less than we had anticipated .
We will use Moon again for our plumbing needs.

I do recommend Service Plus I was satisfied Tim Taylor did an amazing job he was so professional and got the job done fast. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
