After numerous drainage issues, it was discovered with a scope camera that the pipes from my house to the city sewer had partially collapsed due to a poor pipe install back in the 90s. Over two days, L.D. Smith re-did 20' of pipes from my house to the sewer with minimal inconvenience to me. Kevin and Phil were easy to work with, answered all my questions, and provided a fair price. Kevin has also done good work in the past for the house. Would recommend!

we had a problem on a weekend with a clogged drain which means we had a whole house problem. We called Mr Rooter on a Sunday and they came out pretty quick as promised. The drain technician Ben was fantastic. This was a major blockage and he stuck with it until it was fixed. He worked extremely hard to solve the problem. Thanks Ben!

At our business we had our women’s restroom toilet get clogged down into the pipes right at the end of a long day of theatre productions. It shut down every stall in the restroom. I immediately got a hold of Roto-Rooter via phone at 9pm on a Friday and we were setup for first thing in the morning on a Saturday! I thought for sure we wouldn’t get service until Monday, but they pulled through! Our guy was Kyle and he was great and knowledgeable. He was also fast! He had us up and running again in less than 30 minutes.

Andrew was the technician that came out and completed the inspection, and gave me a very reasonable price for the job.... Then there was Jason, he was so awesome very personable, friendly and efficient. Talking to Jason was just like talking to a friend, he did great work, very neat and even cleaned up after he was finished, I would recommend this company to anyone.... THANKS PLUMB DOCTOR!!!!!!!!

Brian and Chuck were amazing!! They installed a water softener and an under the sink reverse osmosis system in our home. They were on time and very respectful. Kenny came out to our house yesterday and was able to get our A/C unit stood up on it's last legs for the rest of the summer. He helped me avoid what could have been a $1200+ repair. He spent nearly all day at our home getting the problem solved, Godby waived the labor and refunded me for an unnecessary A/C recharge I had received from another technician two months prior. Kenny also was able to seal up the vent where the previous homeowner had a humidifier that was no longer functional when we purchased the house. Stephanie was also great with making sure everything got scheduled and that my concerns were addressed. Happy to have a habitable home for the first time this summer. :)

Called Casey when my water turned brown and stopped flowing, fearing the worst - he came out promptly and was immediately able to diagnose the issue (water softener), quote me a very fair price to replace the unit, and set up a time to replace the softener. I called him after his initial visit with questions I'd forgotten to ask, and he was very responsive and helpful. Installation was smooth, he walked me through all the details - overall a great experience, would highly recommend!
