He arrived as expected and performed the job quickly and skillfully.Very happy to have Josh as our go to tech, seemed to be a trustworthy guy.There was actually a minor mistake with some of the work that was performed, however, Hope Plumbing did not charge for correcting the issue, and Josh came by and rectified it--no problem.Hope Plumbing is definitely not the cheapest plumbing contracting company.However, they offer sophisticated customer support. They have a call center which tracks the status of each plumber and informs you when the plumber is on their way. An image of the plumber is sent to you so you know exactly who to expect. Their quote and billing process is also quick and painless. The call center also keeps track of who called you and when, so no matter which representative answers the phone they should be able to provide you with more information.You definitely pay a premium for their service. But for the average person who only deals with a plumber periodically, and just wants to have some peace of mind that the job will be done correctly, that the person doing it is trustworthy, and that customer support will be there for them if they need it, then the extra cost is worth it.

I originally called Pristine because they said they found and repaired slab leaks. Unfortunately, mine was such that they didn't have the capabilities to find. However, they recommended a locator service and scheduled the appointment for me. Once the area of the leak was narrowed down, Pristine was able to fix it. It probably took them longer than it should have but that is because they were granting my wishes of not busting any flooring inside the house (the leak was repaired in a storage area under a stairwell). They were respectful, professional, and answered all of my questions. I won't hesitate to use them again.

I had a wonderful experience with Carter's My Plumber from start to finish. They are both a large outfit and a locally-owned company. This combination allows them to address a wide range of plumbing issues (i.e., they have the expert staff and the necessary equipment) while at the same time remaining ultra-responsive to customers. I had a sewer line leak located in a hard-to-reach area on the 1st floor of my house. Senior plumber Paul P correctly diagnosed the location and cause of the problem based on his observations of the wall damage alone. The affected area was subsequently opened up by a crew from a different company to grant access to the pipe. Two days later, Paul and Peyton returned and replaced the cracked section of old pipe with new pipe and the problem was solved. They also had time to replace my aging water heater, which was a separate and unrelated issue. Five stars!

We could not have been happier with our experience with L.D. Smith! We have had them out for 2 different major repairs to the main water line in our home and both time they had been awesome. Both time were over holiday weekends, but they were able to get our issues diagnosed and resolved both times. Joe and TJ were a great team, knocked out a relatively large project in 1 day. Could not recommend them any more!

We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

Friendly through service. Called on Saturday and they were able to fix the problem right away. Even though they had given me a 4 hour window for when the plumber would arrive, he was actually there an hour and a half later. Very pleased with the work, I would use this company again.
