Leon Hiepner was our specialist and he did exceptional work. He answered all our questions, explained the options for our repair and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

My mom’s last water heater was installed by Family acquaintance and boy what a nightmare!! I needed a new unit and installed correctly. You can count on it to be done right the first time with Pristine and they didn’t even get her off-white carpet dirty taking the old water heater out of the house!

Extremely fast response and repair. Michael did a fantastic job and it was done in less than an hour. Not the first time I have used them and continue to be impressed. Only plumber I will use.

This was my first experience with a plumber, but I've had work done by carpenters and electricians and I found the price of Carter's too high for my liking.

All said, my bill came to $564 to run 5ft from an existing gas line and extend it through the floor for a stove hookup. Total time working was around 1.5 hours, with a 30 minute run to the supply house for something that was missing.

There was a $70 service charge just to come out, plus a $98 fee since my house is on a crawl. My crawl space is clean, with easy access and the pipe in question was only a few feet from the entrance. While I understand the plumber works from a flat pricing grid, this seemed a bit unreasonable to me.

In terms of professionalism, the plumber showed up when he said he would, acted professionally while at the house, and the work seems to be done well. I feel like I overpaid for the work, but I needed the job done and it got finished.

I am sure my experience could have been worse, but I will shop around next time before committing to service.

Although they were able to fit us into their schedule quickly for a replacement of a hot water heater they replaced 4 years ago, they TOTALLY took advantage of our situation and charged us far too much for their labor ($555)! It was double what they charged for the one they replaced under our HSA warranty. The technician was nice enough but to charge for a diagnosis and draining of the hot water heater, both of which my husband had done prior to their arrival, was ridiculous. I would not recommend them again unless you have lots of money to spare.

Mr. Rooter was responsive (same day), professional, and provided excellent solutions to multiple problems. From now on they will be my ‘go-to’ for all of my plumbing needs.

The service itself was good, and I was able to get a garbage disposal replaced immediately. I did feel though that $523 was a bit excessive. $409 of that was labor, which took maybe 45 minutes of actual work. I myself am a lawyer, and generally charge around $250 per hour. The plumber is charging about $550 per hour.

I had to call plumb doctor due to a backed up garbage disposal that was making my house smell wretched. Jamie got me scheduled right away and John and the guys came out and did a excellent job repairing the problem at a lower price than the other 5 companies that I had called to get quotes from. I will no longer waste time looking for another company to fix any type of plumbing problems in the future! I assure you that the team at plumb doctor is the most professional and affordable company in there field!

ACME did an AWESOME job on replacement of garbage disposal and water heater expansion tank installations. Management provided great service and communication when scheduling work at a VERY affordable price. Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and displayed a high level of professionalism.Definitely would recommend and will use again. Thanks ACME!!

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

We had just come back from a trip and noticed the sump pump was constantly running. They were able to find some time to get it stable. Jeff was very professional and communicative. He got the issue fixed after a short time. We’re using them again for some other outstanding plumbing issues. I’d recommend them!
