I was just having my drain installed talking to my tech Seth Taylor and he asked to see my basement and when I showed him my basement he let me know that I had sewage coming up from my half installed bathroom down there and he capped the drains and set me up with an appointment to clear my sewage pipes because well that’s gross and needed to be fixedHe was very nice to talk to and explained what he was doing every step of the way provided service beyond what he was there for he is great

Ben Franklin sent two service technicians out to do a small job. They were able to get it done the day after I called in my request. The two gentlemen patiently answered all the questions I had, even ones not related to the current job. I would easily recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing based on this experience with them.

Had them take out a dishwasher and install a new one. Honest and did a quick job (unlike Hope Plumbing which found three things they also needed to fix which Grateful Plumber said worked just fine or just needed tightened). Also I appreciated they didn't have a flat fee for coming out, and would give you the price for the service over the phone unlike many companies.

Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

Lal was the technician who arrived to help with a refrigerator copper line replacement. He was great at explaining different options, and extremely fast and efficient. He was even nice enough to help setup the fridge after the work was done. As for Roto Rooter I would use them again.

We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.
