Leon Hiepner was sent in response to my call to Hope Plumbing. He cleared two badly clogged drains quickly and efficiently, and he was polite, well-informed and informative for me. I'll definitely ask for him again. The cost was perhaps on the high side, although probably competitive with other local firms that provide plumbing services.

Juan was very polite, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job at my house! He is welcome back at any time. He even answered several questions about thousands of dollars of work for his company in the future. He also explained the difference in a tank and tankless water heater for me and how much money it would save me down the line.It was an honor to have him at my house. Being a new homeowner and new to dealing with home problems, I had contacted many different companies about an issue I was having before reaching the Acme Plumbing Co. The receptionist was courteous, I had a serviceman out the next day, and everything was back in working order within just a couple of hours of his arrival. The serviceman was very knowledgable and friendly as he was willing to answer all of my questions; he even gave me some helpful tips to help prevent any future disasters. I'm very happy I went with ACME and will recommend them to everyone I know in need of a good plumber.

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Positive experience

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.
