Hope Plumbing is awesome! They’ve done excellent work on our house multiple times for different projects (water heater maintenance, fixing our toilet, and installing a water filtration system), and are always prompt, communicate well with updates on ETA, give up-front quotes with multiple options at different price points and no sales pressure, and the staff in the office as well as the technicians are super friendly and professional. Everyone we’ve worked with has been great, particularly Jonathan. Very happy customers that will call every time we need help with anything water-related!

Great service and price. Although the install didn't go smoothly due to issues completely unrelated to Pristine, the techs did a great job and left the plumbing in better shape than they found it. Would absolutely use for future projects and recommend to others.

I have been searching for a plumbing company I trust, and I have finally found it in Howald. I was quoted a fair price in a fast time frame, the work was completed quickly, and wow, did Austin do an amazing job. He didn't just come in and throw a new water heater in. He took the time to make sure the job was done with above average quality, showed me the ins and outs, was courteous, thorough, punctual, and friendly. I am beyond happy with the work and look forward to using Howald in the future.
