After a not so great plumbing experience with another company, I decided to give Pristine a call, based on all the positive reviews I read. I am not disappointed. They did an awesome job and trust me when I tell you it wasn't an easy one. So happy and the best part, they cleaned up after the work was done. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean! Love that! If you need plumbing done I highly recommend giving them a call. I also found the cost reasonable, let's face it, plumbing ain't cheap. I didn't need to be nervous, they were quite fair. I will definitely call them again if I need more plumbing repairs.

Update: Zack and Wes were out to repair a line that has frozen in the winter, and to replace a leaky outdoor spigot. They were on time and very friendly. They walked through the work with me before they started, then asked me to look it over again before they locked everything in place. They were quick and professional. NOTE**. They determined that the line that froze during the winter was due to their own installation almost a year ago, so they did not charge me for the repair! Great customer service!

**update again** not three weeks after this debacle, the same issue occurred again and we had to call another company to excavate the front yard for over 3,400 dollars.**UPDATE** After working with Eddie, our fourth and final plumber, and speaking with supervisor Jason, I can say that managers and Eddie went above and beyond to ensure all this was resolved. I am more than satisfied with the result and would trust Roto Rooter again to do future service at our home.Three visits, three days, and a dozen calls later I cannot use water and Roto Rooter won't honor their quote to fix the issue. The first guy looked for only thirty seconds, our appointment accidentally didn't get confirmed so the second guy didn't show up until past midnight and then said he couldn't fix the issue because we'd used drain cleaner at 3 pm. He promised somebody at our house the next day at exactly 3 pm and he wrote an invoice for us and provided us with the carbon copy. The next day our third tech is an hour late and refuses to do the work stated on the order for the price promised. He then leaves.I can't get any supervisors to call me back or anybody to talk to me about this.

Jason arrived on time to install my new water heater and did a great job. He patiently answered all my questions. I also appreciated that he took time to tell me how best to maintain the water heater to extend its' life. That is great customer service. From the initial conversation with John to the final installation with Jason, everything happened as it was described to me. I will say that I was told it would be a couple of hours and it took a bit over 3 hours, so if I had only taken 1/2 day off that might not have worked well. But I know they can only estimate this - different for every install. All in all, I would definitely recommend Plumb Doctor for excellent work and excellent customer service. Thanks Jason and John!

We've used Summers multiple times and every technician has been wonderful! Today Kyle came out to take a look at our furnace. He was personable, very informative, honest, and professional. He not only told us what the issue was (and solved it quickly) but he also warned us about issues that may arise in the future. We will definitely continue using Summers!

Scheduling staff is AMAZING. Jeff is AMAZING at returning calls/messages. Kyle and Jeremiah W are AMAZING at the work they do. We were scheduled for 1-2 and they were able to come early and get the work done in less than an hour!! We have used them multiple times and their service is outstanding!!!

We have been using Godby for several years now. They are always very friendly, professional, and straight forward with us about the condition of our ac/ furnace. I trust and recommend them to anyone who asks.
