Best Drain Leaks in Indianapolis IN

Had them come out to take a look at my hot water heater. The repairman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He said my hot water heater needed replacing which makes sense considering it's age.The reason for the poor review is the price and the sales strategy. They originally quotes me $1,600 and after I said no they immediately took off $300. Why not just give me the honest price to begin with? I shouldn't have to negotiate.

Bob came to my house in the early evening, which is very convenient. We smelled gas in a room with a gas fireplace. He looked at the fireplace and also the gas line in my utility room. He recommended I have the gas company come out and test our appliances, since they will do it for free. He had a lot of advice and was very knowledgeable. We didn't need any service, but if we do in the future, I'll definitely call him again!

We had Casey install a water softener in our house. He said he would be here between 2 and 4. He got here a little after 2. We explained what we needed, he listened. He did the job we agreed upon, explained what we needed to know about water softeners and showed us how it works. Great job. We would highly recommend him. Thanks Casey.

Plumber guy Dave, as our daughter calls him, is always professional and helpful with any plumbing needs at our house. He points out any possible issues and does not pressure you to fix them immediately if the repair is not a high priority. All of the Service Plus technicians hold themselves to a high standard and we appreciate that very much.
