Jonathan was given the wrong information about what service I was actually expecting and he had to adjust accordingly. He was extremely helpful and did the best he could to get the job done in order for me to meet other obligations. Everyone at Hope has been extremely pleasant and easy to work with.I hadn’t planned on buying a water softener (and never really wanted one) so we shall see if I am happy with it.

I highly recommend you to use this company. I originally went with another plumbing company and if it wasn't for Pristine and their professionalism I would have been out around $6,000. The original company did not fix the problem and charged me hundreds of dollars just to have them come back out a couple of weeks later to tell me it would cost around $6,000 to fix. Due to a recommendation I received (Thank God) for Precision I was able to have everything fixed for 1/16th of what it would have cost with the other plumbing company. CALL PRISTINE before any other Plumbers! They will give you ALL your options, explain everything thoroughly, and will do a fantastic job in a very timely manner (they even adjusted their schedule to make it to my flooding house the Same day with in just a couple of hours!!! Ok, we have a plumber we love for past 6 yrs but he's hard to schedule. Carters advertised $49 water heater flush.... We online scheduled on Sat, someone called us Sun, and we had a plumber here on Monday! That's convenient! Absolutely no up selling, helpful tips, and looked at a spigot issue we had and advised us on it free of charge. Amazing. Will use again any time!

They were professional, arrived on time, very friendly, explained everything they were going to do, even went the extra step when they found our regulator wasn’t working and putting out 140 psi. They cleaned up neatly after they finished, and the job looks fantastic! I give FIVE stars and will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them. GREAT JOB!!!! And, the price quoted was the price paid!!!

Contacted Weilhammer early on a Thursday to inquire about replacing a water heater at a residence. The removal and installation was coordinated immediately and within four hours the unit was successfully installed by Dan. I couldn't have dared to hope to have had the work performed this quickly, much less this professionally. This is a great local business!

I called Bob and he gave me tips to help me clear my clog in the kitchen sink first. He said if this didn't work to call him back and he would be happy to come out. This way could save me money up front. I would definitely prefer to try to clear it myself first! Good guy. Never met him but will definitely be calling him back should I need him.

He has high character and does not try to up cost, but rather assist people in saving money in the midst of what is often emergency situations. Highly recommend this company!

Sometimes cut corners on the plumbing side of things but usually pretty good work. A/c techs are very knowledgeable and friendly
