Shout out to Hope Plumbing for a job well done! We had a new water softener installed - shut off valve - kitchen faucet - garbage disposal and guest bathroom sink repaired and upgraded after 19 years. Being in a 104 year old home always presents challenges - but both Alex and Jon were amazing! They worked hard from arrival to departure always keeping us informed - updated - and aware. They were sensitive to us both not being well with bad colds and loved on our dog like it was their dog. They were personable - polite - engaging - and professional! Although our repairs were expensive - they were fair and competitively priced and most importantly guaranteed. We are now Hope Pkumbing members and will refer Hope Plumbing to our friends, family and neighbors! Thanks Alex and Jon!

The cast-iron sewer line needed to be replaced. Derrick did it in a very timely manner, answered all of my questions and did a great job. Thank you for a job well done

The initial woman I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful. She scheduled me right away and explained the process.Richard came out right on time and diagnosed the issue straight away. He was professional in his communication and even wore protective shoe covers in our home. He explained the issue clearly, answered all my questions, and fixed the issue quickly. I’m so glad I went with this company to fix my shower.

Faucet was installed in February and since then the handle has come off twice. Each time I have called and they came out the next day to fix. However, I would prefer if the product didn't break so easy.

The unusually cold temps caused my washer line to freeze. They sent out a tech the day after I called & he was able to dislodge some ice from the washer line. I got lucky! I really appreciate how quickly they were able to send someone out. Jacob was great!

Not impressed. They are very slow to work with my home warranty company. I have been without hot water 5 days now. Sure hope they get to take hot showers at their own house!

We had Mr. Rooter come out to take a look at a sewer line clog. We've had this done several times over the last 8 years with different companies and have always had rough experiences.

This was our first time trying Mr. Rooter. Our technician was Randy and he was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly, treated us kindly, and was completely honest about everything. He took great care to keep our house and bathroom looking nice. He explained some different options and even was willing to offer some thoughts.

Ultimately, we had to install an entry point to our sewer line outside in order to clear the clog and see the line. They worked quickly yet took great care to do everything right. I haven't encountered many service professionals that were as thoughtful or detail oriented as Randy. For the installation of the entry point and line clear, he had another tech with him named Cory who was equally good at his job.

Everything was quick, well communicated, high quality, and very fairly priced.

After having so many negative experiences in the past for sewer line clogs, I couldn't believe what a great experience we had with Mr. Rooter. We are especially grateful for Randy and enjoyed working with him.

I was truly impressed with the service that i received, from the time that i made the call, until the time that Jim left. I was in need of someone to come out A.S.A.P for a clog. I had to call plumb doctor due to a backed up garbage disposal that was making my house smell wretched. Jamie got me scheduled right away and John and the guys came out and did a excellent job repairing the problem at a lower price than the other 5 companies that I had called to get quotes from. I will no longer waste time looking for another company to fix any type of plumbing problems in the future! Bob came to my house in the early evening, which is very convenient. We smelled gas in a room with a gas fireplace. He looked at the fireplace and also the gas line in my utility room. He recommended I have the gas company come out and test our appliances, since they will do it for free. He had a lot of advice and was very knowledgeable. We didn't need any service, but if we do in the future, I'll definitely call him again!
