Ciriello Plumbing did a great job locating a leak in a pipe that was buried in a slab. Clayton opened a wall, dug out the concrete, repaired the pipe, and was pouring new concrete by 1PM. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend this company!

Big couple of days for us with LD Smith Plumbing. TJ and Joe did an awesome, professional and thorough job installing a new tankless water heater system. Wesley and Phil braved the elements and did a great job installing a new sewer pump. All LD Smith Plumbing associates were on their game. We will definitely be using them again (hopefully not too soon!)

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

Mark came down to check some things out for me on a water heater he installed two years ago. Was amazing in his prompt service!!

We had 3 plumbing companies come by in 1 day and only Roto took the initiative to fully understand the problem, propose a solution and even came back on a Saturday morning on short notice to finish the job. We called ACME after noticing our water heater leaking. They came out the same day and installed a new water heater 2 hours later. Tech was friendly and informative. Would recommend and will use them again.

Extremely professional and courteous. Was able to diagnose and fix our basement toilet issue within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend. We plan to use them for our wet bar project in our basement as well.

I would not use anyone else, they are punctual, nice and clean up after themselves. The rate is okay - you get what you pay for so I prefer not to go with the cheapest!!!! Quality is important
