Best Drain Leak in Indianapolis IN

Richard was great! The power went out the night he was supposed to do the job, so he came out first thing the next morning. He was personable and a good conversationalist (I know I can get chatty sometimes). Which I really appreciated. He was patient with my dogs and took the time to give them treats and “make friends” with them! Thank you for the spectacular service!

I called Roto Rooter on Sunday afternoon 01/31/16 with a plugged drain.They came out within two hours of my calling them and solved my problem within a timely manner. The service man was very kind and knowledgeable,he explained what he was going to do before hand. I'm very happy with this company and would call them again if needed without hesitation.

Jason and Plumb Doctor are THE BEST very courteous, communicative and prompt, focused on the job and making sure both my husband and I were kept up to date with the issue the whole way. What started as a clog turned out to be a pretty major plumbing repair, Jason worked tirelessly at our home for two days straight and made sure the job was not only fixed but left it better than it was the day the plumbing was installed. I recommend calling Plumb Doctor for any service, we used them for repair work however I would consider them for upgrades, refurbs etc. very knowledgeable and great to work with!

I was without water for 3 days due to frozen pipes. I tried all of the DIY solutions and had 2 companies come look. They didn’t even bother to try, just said to heat the crawl space and the ice is bound to break free. The Acme tech arrived, went into the crawl space and found the problem, he even took a photo to show me. Within 20 minutes, I had water again!!! These guys are lifesavers!!! I’ll use them and recommend them to anyone!!!!

I had an issue with my water softener. I gave Bob a call and he helped me troubleshoot and resolve the issue. He's honest and not trying to oversell. I would highly recommend Bob. Great guy!

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

From beginning to end this was a 5 star experience. I got a garbage disposal, sink, faucet, two shut offs tee and basket strainer installed. Price wise more than reasonable. They came in almost 50 percent cheaper than other quotes. From my first contact with Solomon who did my estimate everything was great. Went through all my options and never once tried to upsell me. I even asked his opinion if I should upgrade something and he was honest and told me it wasn't really needed. The pricing was so good that I opted for additional services that I did not plan on getting. Wasn't even suggested to me I just took the opportunity bc the quote was below my budget. I even made a last minute change and hour or so before they came out and it was not a problem. Very accommodating. Brice and Julian were awesome. They worked quickly and efficiently. They worked quietly almost forgot they were here. They hauled away all my old things. Great customer service and very pleasant. Not one of those forced customer service niceness. Very genuine and you can tell they love what they do. Reasonable Plumbing will be my first call from hear on out.

The plumbers were very nice and got the job done! If we have anymore issues I will definitely call them again. I would recommend Mr Plumber to anyone!

3/29/23. Brady came out tovdo my AC tuneup, hoiray weather getting warmer! Brady was great, took time to carefully inspect everything and made sure to document what he found. I will end up needing a bunch of follow up services to make my home function properly and safely, but Brady was really good at breaking down why each was necessary. The costs are steep on some things, but I guess that's par for the course, and their financingis very reasonable. Keep up the good work!3/29/22 Nick F. Came out to do a checkup on my system. He was very friendly, and super professional. He caught some small things that needed fixed during his very thorough inspection, and made me aware of what was going on. Really happy with the outcome, and look forward to future service.Update 7/20. Rick, Brandon and Adam came out to clean my unit, and install a whole home dehumidifier. I honestly can't say enough good things about these guys. Super professional, super informative, work super hard. Left my area cleaner than it was before they got there, and my house feels 10000% better.Then, Coty and Heath came out to unclog the drain for my systems, and install my new water heater. Again super impressed with these guys, all the compliments from above apply to them as well. Truly a pleasure doing business with Summers!Rick W. Came out to do my HVAC tune up, and found some opportunities and got a super quick turn around to make sure everything is set to ensure everything runs properly and my comfort is taken care of. Ended up finding a fault in my water heater and was able to schedule a quick turn around for getting a new one in.9/26/22. Just when I think Summer's can't get any better, Kyle from Summer's came out to do some service work on my system. He was super thorough, friendly and professional. He uncovered several issues with my complicated zoned system and took the time to properly diagnose and find solutions. He had to call in Eric to bring a new board out from the manufacturer, and Eric showed up very quickly. Both guys were awesome! My system is now functioning properly, and air flow is great!
