Excellent job by all staff used on this most difficult job due to the extreme cold and snow. Derrick was very good and kept me informed at all times. Job was completed yesterday. It is so nice to have flushing toilets and solid plumbing infrastructure for the future!Will definitly use Pristine in the future.

I had a sumo pump failure and about 1-2 inches of standing water in my basement. From the start of the process one of their Technicians, Miguel Campos, was friendly, clear, and quite helpful! Immediately made me feel good about my decision to call Roto. Together we called my insurance filed a claim and he got to work! I’m grateful for their help in this matter, especially since I’m a first time homeowner and it was my first time going through this problem!

It was a routine maintenance service. Zach was awesome. Very personable and professional.

Seth Kelso was very professional. Every step of the way he educated on what he was doing he worked on the tree roots that were stubborn until he was able to get my drains open! He cared about helping with solutions to keep the drain open. I would recommend him to anyone. Very nice man. I give him high marks!!!

I just bought a 60 yo house and the warranty coverage I had took over 28 hours to finally arrive then declined to cover. I ended up calling Carter's and the were there in less than 2 hours and had my plumbing issue fixed within 30 minutes. The tech they sent was courteous, knowledgable and explained everything before proceeding. Carter's will be my go to plumber!

Plumbing pipe repair by them was a smooth experience. Their technicians were friendly, skilled, and ensured everything was repaired impeccably. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and the results!

I used to work for this company. The only person on here I dealt with as far as negative comments go is Aaron Curtis who was not even on site when I came for the job. He became angry because he is an irrational cry baby with no logical way of thinking what so ever. I charged him 140 something dollars to run a washer line that his kitchen sink tied into full of grease build up. Did the job quickly and efficiently but getting Payment from him was the exact opposite. He became angry when I gave him the price saying his lady friend had told him it would be this price (can't remember what price he said). Who calls a company expecting a price told to you by someone who doesn't even work there and then cries about it when I was called out to a job where he can't even answer his phone? The guy that worked for him insisted it needed to be done so I did the job. He had tenants living there at the time who needed to use their sink and washer. When I have to explain something to someone who by the way acts like an irrational little boy multiple times I'm not going to be so polite. The drain business is a busy business and we don't have time for that. If the guy ever reads this ask yourself if you had anymore problem with your lines draining after I left and if so it's because your tenants keep dumping grease down their sinks. If anyone is wondering why I don't work there anymore it's because I moved on for a different opportunity and that is all. And if Aaron curtis was standing in front of all of us you would find he is also a liar because I never said I didn't care. I did however say good luck finding another company that's 24/7 at these low prices because there is no reason to complain about them, they aren't a company trying to get you for an 89 dollar drain to convince you you need to spend thousands to get repairs. His post has bothered me for months so I had to finally say something about it because we have too many Aaron curtis's in this world

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Scheduled to come from 9am-4pm, no call, no show. I called and they were rude. Do not recommend. I only had an appointment with this company because they are the service provider for HSA home warranty. Never use them.
