Every time she comes out to any location (I’ve worked in 6), she is in and out of the business before any guests even notice! Round 2 - Joe and team identified another issue with our old house’s plumbing after I shared some concerns. We had similar issues with these pipes as with the ones in another area of the house. The guys were professional, friendly and very clean. I would not have known they were here if I had not let them in the house. I highly recommend this team.

Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

Plumb Doctor was quick to respond to my needs and resolved my pluming issue. I’ve had them out two or three times since my first service request. My home is about 19 years old so there are problems to be expected. I’m happy to have a reliable provider anytime I have a plumbing issue. They do great, honest work.

The guys were great! I called them on a Thursday and they were able to pick-up and install an 80-gallon water heater for us the next day. They are extremely polite and conscientious. They moved efficiently and did outstanding work. They took care with our home and the site was immaculate when they finished. Definitely recommend!

Our water heater cracked open and Steg replaced it. The work was done quickly and they were honest about costs and options for replacement.
