Though my experience with Hope Plumbing was not great due to poor communication on my scheduled job, I am 100% satisfied with the technician Carlos Hernandez. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and did quality work! I would use Hope Plumbing and definitely request Carlos for my next job!

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

Found this plumber on the Nextdoor app and definitely happy with my experience so far. After 2 scheduled visits it was determined that our fairly new hot water heater had a manufacturer defect. The very professional and friendly plumbers guided me through the process of getting a return authorization and we are getting a replacement hot water heater Tuesday morning. I never knew a plumbing experience could be this great and would definitely recommend Plumb On.

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.

Justin did an excellent job and he was very professional and was friendly. He explained everything about my ac in a way that I understood.

Mike is very prompt with his response to service request. I had him to fix my water heater. Mike came within 30 minutes and he fixed it within an hour. Very pleased with the service and very reasonable pricing.

Our service person was thorough and took time to explain our problem. Steve Hoffman explained the options to remedy the leak and gave us options to move forward with an estimate.
