The service was swift, professional, affordable! I have used Hope Plumbing for perhaps 3-4 jobs now, and would highly recommend. Their customer service folk are great, as are their plumbers. You can probably find a slightly lower rate, but I have found that they have such great customer service, across the board great technicians, and really do high quality work that they stand behind— All of that makes it well worth it.

Gus arrived on time, removed the old toilet and installed the new toilet I had purchased. He did a great job and hauled away the old toilet as well as the packing container for the new one.

Jacob installed the shower head and the piece for my water heater. He was able to complete the installation even though my water heater was nearly as old as he was lol. Larry happened to be in the area and picked up a part I needed for installation due to an unforseen pivot in the appointment.

I am a need to know person and he was very respectful and gracious about answering all of my questions. Thankfully, my issue ended up being a quick repair. The cost of the service call and repair was very reasonable compared to other plumbing businesses I had contacted. I appreciated the fact that he was able to accept my check and send me a receipt from his handheld device. I highly recommend this company.
