John did an excellent job in what I thought was a p trap issue and it was more economical to replace a worn out disposal. He also squeezed in a toilet repair. He explained a Benjamin Franklin ‘Society’ perk which allowed more savings and gives priority status in the future. We had had several ‘fix it’ guys for these issues and I feel much better having the issue repaired correctly with a 2 year parts and labor warranty behind it. The call center did a great job yesterday as I called after hours and they got us in the first am window available the following morning.

They were able to come out within an hour of my call. Very nice and finished within 30 minutes. I've used them twice and they've been great both times.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

Kye did a great job on my HVAC maintenance visit and the furnace is ready for winter. When the builder of the house didn't do a particularly good job on the original HVAC, Summers was there to get things in order and since we've been using them for repair and preventative maintenance the house has been much more comfortable.

I have been using Godby for our commercial building in Fishers for the last 2 years. They are always on time with their scheduled PM's and are up front with any potential repairs that are needed or can be put off and scheduled for a later time. All repairs are done while being safety compliant when using boom lifts etc. Great all-round service with no smoke & mirrors pricing. You should give them a try for your commercial or residential needs....

Dillon was a very nice guy and got the drain cleaned and working in no time. He also cleaned up after himself and he was very friendly. I really liked him and will call Plumb On again when I need a plumber and I will request Dillon to come out.

We needed a water heater replacement and we were able to get someone from 24-7 Plumbing to our house the same day we called. There were some nuances to our installation, and the team at 24-7 Plumbing worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied. They are professional, efficient, and willing to be flexible when requested. We will definitely call them again!

Tony and Jeremy came to my house to install shut off valves and drains for two sinks in a new bathroom. Due to the location of the vanity drawers, there was very little room to navigate. I have not done business as a customer but I did as being the municipality that issues permits. I had one encounter and we originally disagreed with one another. However, they were very polite and respectful during that disagreement. We met in person to discuss and came to an agreement. The entire process was so polite, respectful and we both completely listened to one another. I can only imagine that the customer service is just as awesome!
