Technician Kevin H showed up when scheduled and with help from assistant Eric had old water heater out and new unit in within 4 hours. Fast response to my call made same day to Elizabeth.

Our outdoor spigot had a leak between the siding and the foundation that ended up spraying water into our basement. The plumber quickly identified the problem and gave an estimate. I showed the video of the issue from the outside since it was pouring rain and he was even more confident in the issue. He fixed the issue really quickly and was on his way. The fix ended up being under the original cost as well and he fixed it in a way that will hopefully avoid us having the same issue in the future. Well done!

I placed a request online last night around 8pm to have someone come unclog and inspect our sewage line from 8am-10am the next day. I did not even mark this as an emergency on the request; however, they had someone at our house the very next morning bright and early, service tech Phil Stillinger! He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. When he realized we were going to need a camera in order to visualize the damage to the line, Hunt Waycott came to the rescue! Amazing people and great teamwork. Give these men a raise!! They went above and beyond to help us with our sewage line issues and continued to educate us on everything during the process. We had a sewage sump pump that failed and began leaking and releasing sewer gas into our home. Plumb Dr. responded quickly, assessed the situation, and resolved the problem in a timely fashion.They were professional, efficient and provided good documentation and warranty information on the new pump. I called Acme out to my home for several plumbing issues and they got a technician out the same day! The young lady on the phone was extremely kind and directed me in the right direction. She sent a very nice gentleman who was very knowledge , didn't talk down to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I will continue to use Acme Plumbing and will recommend them for all plumbing needs!

Just ruined my trust in these guys. after today getting lied to, they came late and do nothing with my water heater

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.
