The service was swift, professional, affordable! I have used Hope Plumbing for perhaps 3-4 jobs now, and would highly recommend. Their customer service folk are great, as are their plumbers. You can probably find a slightly lower rate, but I have found that they have such great customer service, across the board great technicians, and really do high quality work that they stand behind— All of that makes it well worth it.

I had some plumbing issues and I was so worried about how much it was going to cost me. A friend recommended Pristine so I gave them a call. The staff was friendly and professional. They genuinely cared about me and the owners themselves called me to follow up and made sure I was taken care of! Now that is great.....beyond great service and at a price I could afford! Our technician, Luke, called me before he arrived to let me know a good ETA. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Fixed the clogged drain after the first attempt. I’m a very happy customer. Especially since my wife is now happy the clogged drain was “fixed right”.

Ran a water line to an installed humidifier

The team at 1-800 Plumber were the best of several companies I talked to from the person who answered the phone to the guys who made the quote, and did the removal of my old hot water heater and the installation of the new one. They all displayed what I call the the three P's - Polite, Personable and Professional. They gave me best price, and they were a pleasure to work with. I would refer anyone I know to give them a call for any of their plumbing needs!

I always like to observe the work and not all services are ok with that, but Dillion had no problem with that and we had a nice conversation too. Petree came out when they said they would and fixed the problem. They are reasonable and courteous.

My wife and I are remodeling two bathrooms one right after the other as a DIY project but needed plumbing work on the first room that was out of my plumbing comfort zone....new toilet with flange issue and then fix a drain issue. I worked with Jody who helped me figure out what was needed, scheduled the work and Josh was at the house on time and got right to it. We are very pleased with the work and will be using them on the second bathroom.

I called Plumbing Doctors to see about getting a gas line relocated after we installed an LVL on our project. They were able to work me and very quickly schedule me in and the technician was awesome. Very quick and efficient and very thorough in his work.

Grant came to clear a draining issue, which was completed quick. Helped out with a few other questions I had, and found a potential disaster waiting to happen with our plumbing. Scheduled that fix for the same week. Super glad he took the time to look things over.
