Best Bathroom Kitchen in Indianapolis IN

Hope Plumbing kept me posted throughout the day about when I could expect their plumber to arrive, and when he was on his way they sent a photo and bio so I'd know who to expect at my door. Much appreciated. The last time they came out, Leon Hiepner and his colleague were friendly, quick, and did a great job. Today, Joshua Armstrong was just as friendly, and did a great job explaining my options and then taking care of the work.

Beware of price you might pay!! I used them to clear a drain in my basement that didn’t drain properly, they tried clearing it and said it was collapsed and it would cost thousands to fix. Online said $99 drain clearing but they charged $270 because I didn’t have an outside clean out. In short I payed $270 for them to tell me my drain didn’t work and the included camera inspection they will not do because there is no point. Ended up doing the plumbing myself for $300

John did a very nice job. He was very courteous and thorough in our job. We were told that we would receive a call 30 minutes before his arrival and the call we received was that he was already in our driveway. We received the call at 215 and arrived at our house before 230... we were charged $60 that we could have negated had we actually received the call when he was on the way. We feel this should be refunded as it was not part of the agreement. John did a great job though !

Awesome job. Can’t be any happier. Gave me options that saved me hundreds of dollars on refrigerant. Showed up on time, very professional crew. I’ve had Kyle do work for me in the past and he is very trustworthy. Balfret was also very professional and communicated well. You won’t be disappointed if you pick this company.

Jason has been so great to work with. He shows up on time and gets the work done quickly. Both my houses are over 100 years old and his plumbing knowledge is impressive. Happy to have finally found a plumber I can trust!

I had an emergency where one of my pipes had developed a hole and water was spewing everywhere. I called and let them know it was an emergency. Within about 20 minutes they were there! (Bridget heard the panic in my voice and got me someone out quick!) I have used this company for years and they are excellent. Great work, reasonable pricing, and friendly, professional staff.

B&W has always been an incredible company to perform work. My air condenser repair was no different. They’re quick to respond, quicker to fix. I can’t recommend them enough.

They were on time and communicated well. Pictures of the problem, with before and after photos were provided along with adequate explanation. Prior to work began estimates with options for the repair cost were given based on findings when they got into the job. Everything was transparent!

Sewage was backing up my basement drain and my main was clogged. Called in at 8 and they were fixing the problem 2 hours later. They are a great team, Mark knew exactly what to do, and gave me straight answers to my silly questions. I would recommend them to anyone having issues!

Have used Petree several times and have been very satisfied. They were here this week to fix a clogged drain. My only concern was that they did not wear masks. I am an older customer and I want to be careful in these Covid 19 days.

Josh did a great job replacing the outside spicket (where you hook up a hose). He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Travis was great, will use them again in the future.
