Dave and Alec repaired the leaky faucet, replaced shower lights and installed a new towel holder. The work is excellent and the professionalism and knowledge unrivaled.

Trent was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I purchased another year of maintenance from him. Trent recommended replacement of our hot water heater. He said, “I’m not a plumber, but that unit is old and noisy.” I’ll need to look into that. He was also very willing to tolerate the loving attention of my border collie puppy Daisy.

I usually do not leave reviews but feel like I should acknowledge what a great technician and customer service oriented person Danny French was! It started off with me being very irritated because of a misunderstanding with the initial contract. Danny did a great job listening and getting new information to provide me with to keep the job going. After we figured it out he and his apprentice worked hard non stopped and installed our new system.
