Our technician, Jim was wonderful! We relocated our kitchen so he had quite a bit of work to complete between the sink, disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator, and reverse osmosis system.He was right on time and super friendly. There’s no doubt he enjoys what he does and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. You can tell right away that quality is an important part of what he does and we were impressed with the finished work. I also want to point out that Jim made safety a priority while he was here and we really appreciated that with our dog and four kids around the house. We are looking forward to using him, and Hope Plumbing, for future work. Thank you, Jim!

IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF - CALL MR. ROOTER. $325 to install a $18 outdoor spigot. This just screws into a pipe in a huge crawl space 1 ft off the basement. I just had better things to be doing (i thought.)
I paid him his $89.00 I had to sign for before he even looked at anything and told him to GET OUT! He snapped a picture on his phone and sent it to his supervisor. Can't believe this is what passes for a plumber these days. An hour later I had it fixed for 17.50 + tax.

I tried to get my kitchen sink draining again on my own, but to no avail. I knew I had to use a plumbing company and since I’d used Roto-Rooter before I was confident that they would solve my problem. I was worried that since it was a weekend that I would have to pay an additional cost, but was told when I called, that would not be the case. They told me I would have a technician in 2 hours or less. Kyle Wiening was my technician. He was very approachable, knowledgeable, a good listener and was willing to let me learn by watching him. He treated my home with respect as he would his own. He put on the shoe protection and was very careful when setting up and using the device that removed the blockage. He also educated me on how to use the garage disposal so I won’t have any further issues. Even though the clogged up kitchen sink was stressful, Kyle made it a pleasant experience. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and, if I have future issues, I will use Roto-Rooter again and request him. ????Holly Saunders-Avery

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues. I use him on 3 of my personal properties and refuse to use anyone else. Working with Steg for your plumbing needs is the best decision you can make. I would recommend Doug and Steg to anyone in a heart beat time and time again!

Repaired toilet and sink. On time and explained things very clearly

The installer of our AC coil was very professional and courteous and had our comfort as his main concern. The office was very helpful in working with us to uncover our warranty coverage on the part. The only negative was that the wrong part was initially ordered but the service department worked to make sure we had the new, correct coil installed as soon as it came in. We really appreciated that since we were having a party the next day and needed to definitely have air conditioning. Would definitely recommend Godby Heating and Plumbing.

Maintenance Visit 5/6/22Tyler was friendly and efficient when inspecting my A/C. He shared some good tips and was knowledgeable, pointing out a potential issue that might soon need to be addressed. Good job!(Sewer Line Replacement- late April 2021)Service Plus proactively reminded me I had a sewer line inspection and cleaning was part of my service agreement. Very happy they called as the inspection found an issue and I decided to proactively replace my 55 yr old Clay sewer pipe. The volume of tree roots found made me wonder how I hadn't had a back up in the house.The whole Service Plus team did a fantastic job from cleaning and inspection through installation and backfill. Ronnie did an amazing job of performing the camera inspection and explaining my situation and options setting excellent expectations and building trust. Blake and Xavier knocked it out of the park on the install making sure I had service by end of day and Josh and Corey followed up a day later with the backfill after final inspections. While nobody wants to spend money on a pipe you'll take for granted, it needed to be done and the Service Plus crew was excellent to work with and did a great job.Special shout out to the young, humble, rockstar, Jake who was my install lead. I appreciate the way you owned this work, your excellent customer relationship skills and making sure I was flowing by EOD.
