Best A/C System Repair in Indianapolis IN

I've used Hope for many years and they've always done an excellent job, from new fixture installs to plumbing repairs and maintenance. Shout out to Evan Kelsay who came over earlier today, to replace an old sump pump in my basement. Cost was very reasonable and Kelsey was quick and efficient. Very personable and the experience was excellent. Hope has always been fast and responsive and I highly recommend them.4/6/17 - Had a leaky garbage disposer replaced today. Jon Bidart came out to take a look, and recommended a good replacement for me. Price was very reasonable and Jon did an excellent job installing it, testing it, and cleaning up afterwards. I've been using Hope for years and will not hesitate to continue to use them. Thanks again.

I have no idea how they have such high ratings. They must pay people to review. I called them because of the ratings. They sent this sketchy guy out and some 15 year old kid. I knew there was a $69 assessment fee. I was ok paying it based on the magnificent reviews. My service request was to make sure all of my pipes are winterized with heat tape and insulation. The guy (Derek) gets under the house and is yelling, cussing, screaming because he was scared of the crickets. Is this really a 5 star plummer? No. He shows me that the pipes are fine. The heat tape was on and working but says there is a small corner that could use a little insulation around it. I am aware that putting a piece of fiber glass insulation would take less that two minutes and cost less than $20 if I were to do it myself. The $69 fee goes towards the work if you choose to have them service you. So I said ok, can you do that for me? He says give me a minute and I'll write up an estimate a few min later He quotes me a price for $1800. He can't be serious. This business is awful. I would never ever use them or recommend them to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Rich who I think is one of the owners has gone out of his way to help on the phone. I had a home inspection Friday and had a water leak (of course). While I was still under the house Tyler showed up to fix it. Pat has been out to work on water heater and other stuff and has been excellent. I had a different guy out today to install new sink and disposal and though i am drawing a blank on his name - he was knowledgeable, courteous - just like Tyler and Pat.
So my next flip is coming and I will def being using them again. I wish I could give 6 stars.

Kima was the service tech who responded. He was the second one to come out. The first barely spoke to me, and left with doing anything. Kima greeted me with a smile, was very professional, and addressed the problem quickly. He gave me tips on maintaining. He knew what to do and got the job done. Kudos!

This might just a review that applies to all plumbing companies. But they're a rip. Had one out, he found two leaks, repaired them, $850. Turned out, was still a leak. They came back out, figured it was probably the shut off valve, wanted to charge me ANOTHER $330 just to replace the valve, which was connected to one of the pipes they already had to remove and replace the day before. When talking with them to see about working on me with the price, they offered a whopping $30 off. Yesterday, they already had the pipe off connected to that valve. And at that point, it would've been probably a 10 minute job to replace that valve. $300. For 10 minutes of labor and probably a $20 valve. Ridiculous.

Great and prompt service. On time, and most imporyantly did not try to over charge. Courteous people. Explained each step of their job very well.

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

At first I called for Moon Family Plumbing to do a project in my kitchen. What some plumbers told me would take 3 days Moon Family Plumbing knocked out in 2. Inspection and demo on the first and before lunch the next day the job was complete.

This company will not quit until the job is done right. Very persistent and skilled. When I wanted to settle, they did not.

Service plus put a sewer pump in my yard and paid approximately $1300.00 for it and charged me $11,882.22
