We had an outdoor flooding issue and they put in a wonderful looking drainage system for us. They had to work around invisible fence, lines, and electrical lines and soaker hoses… And they were very very careful. We are very happy. We chose Grey plumbing for our project.

Tech was very professional, explained all charges that he could but needed to come back to compete diagnostics as the lines were frozen over. Tech was professional but needed parts were not available.

Casey from Moon Plumbing came over to assess the issue with our water pressure within 24 hours of my first call. We had an old water softener that failed and released resin beads into our pipes. He figured out the problem within five minutes of arriving at our home. We scheduled a date/time for the instillation and repair service. He arrived on time, completed the project under schedule and under budget. He was very friendly and did a good job answering questions. I would highly recommend Moon to anyone in need!

Joshua Pierce was great! He arrived early, but waited until our appointment time to come to the door. He was incredibly polite. He explained all of his findings and pointed them out so that I understood why it would need repair and obviously where it was located so that I could observe its state. The company itself appears to have great values which are displayed and exemplified by their technicians. Would not hesitate to schedule another service!

Drew came out to my house because my main line was clogged. He got it cleaned out, but it backed up again a few days later. Without hesitation, Drew came back out and fixed the problem at no charge! Very professional company that takes pride in their work.

Called at 8:00 and had hot water against 11:00. BT was great. He set very realistic expectations and then exceeded them.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.

We appreciate the help and honesty about the sump pump that was replaced in the basement. Juan was quick, professional and gave us a lot of options. Thank you for all the help.

This Service is awful. The first time they came out to the house it was great, they were on time, they made a call before they came, service went wonderfully. two weeks later our water started to back up again, so we called them. Gave them a time crunch because we both had to work, had one phone call saying he was on a job but then would call before he came to the house. No call, no service before we had to work, no message saying they had been to the house while we were gone. Called to schedule another appointment, was argued with that we did not anwser the door. Third appointment, again no call, no service. Called again to find out what is going on to schedule a last appointment before going somewhere else. And I was told that they refuse to uphold their warranty, and I was hung up on. If you call them you may expect rude behavior and unprofessional conduct.

We had them come out and quote wet jetting our sewers. We've had to replace our floors twice because of overflowing sewers. Scott was terrific when he used the camera to look in the sewers and explain what we were looking at. Scott is having the other team come back to wet jet towards the street and revise what they wet jetted towards the house. I am not sure why both sides weren't done to begin with. We are still in the middle of this process. It is a little inconvenient to have to have them come out twice for they could have done once.

I called two other companies before calling Mr. Quik. Both companies had me on hold for such a long time that I hung up. When I called Mr. quick, a real person answered my call. She was very polite, and got me scheduled for a free estimate the very same day. She gave me a timeframe that a technician would arrive, and then an hour before, I was given another call to let me know he was on his way. Mark from Mr. Quik showed up at my house on time, and was very polite, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed that Mark was so honest with his assessment. I think many companies would have tried to take advantage and insisted that I needed a costly repair. Because The personable service I received on the phone, and the honesty of the technician who came to my home, I will absolutely call on Mr. Quik in the future. I found them to be a very trustworthy company.

We have always had great experiences with Howald Heating & Air. Howald came within 2 hours recently when our heat was not coming on. Dan showed up early and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He had the part on his truck and we were up and running again. When finished, Dan explained all he did and gave us a mini lesson on heating and air. He was very informative and not once did he try to up sell us. Howald Heating & Air's staff makes things feel less stressful when our system goes on the fritz. They continue to earn our business because of their honesty and integrity.

Gurney J Bush cleans our drains on a regular basis and is very accommodating to our schedule. The technicians are knowledgeable and answers any questions you might have in a way most can understand. We have worked with them for many years.

They came out as soon as we called (on a Sunday!), and everything was solved within an hour. So helpful and so fast. Wonderful service, and they gave us good advice for the future.
