Best Heater Maintenance in Indianapolis IN

They can't even make it to the appointment. Do not recommend. I scheduled the appointment 5 days before and they cancelled 5 minutes before the time scheduled. I went out of my way to be there losing time at work and was basically told other customers took priority over my SCHEDULED appointment. So glad I didn't waste money with this company. Terrible customer service too. The lady that called was rude about rescheduling.

I was so impressed by my entire experience! From calling the office to schedule an appointment to the plumber completing the work, it couldn't have been easier. The office staff member (I don't recall her name) was polite and informative, giving me a quote of various services I was considering. Their availability was extremely convenient with an appointment the very next day. The plumber, Chad, was very knowledgeable and friendly. And superbly helpful. So far, the work done appears to meet our needs. And the price was more than reasonable. Thank you so much! Can't recommend enough.

I called around to several different locations to get help sent out ASAP for an AC repair. Once I got a hold of Williams, they sent Tyler out to assist my fiancée and I. He was on time, nice, walked my fiancée through what all the charges were and what we’d be paying for exactly. Gave recommendations, which we will get scheduled. Bill the owner of the company promptly responded to my inquiry within 30 minutes. He asked the appropriate questions to determine my water heater needed to be replaced which I knew was the case. The next day he arrived at the scheduled time and quickly replaced our water heater. He is a true professional and saved us lots of money compared to the quotes we received from the large plumbing companies. We will call Bill for all of our future plumbing needs.

Service 1 figured out what was causing a leak coming from out shower that 2 prior plumbers could not. Figured out and fixed the problem in 45 minutes, and for a very reasonable price. Very professional and friendly service, and were able to arrive 1 hour early. I highly recommend this plumber!

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!

Our technician, Laleng, arrived very quickly after I called for service and communicated his arrival time very well also.I had a blocked kitchen sink drain and Laleng expertly cleared the blockage and explained the service warranty. He was very friendly and personable and made the experience easy for me.After he cleared the drain blockage, he cleaned up the work area while testing the drain and plumbing for leaks. I could not be happier with the quality and professionalism of the service I received.
