Casey from Moon Plumbing came over to assess the issue with our water pressure within 24 hours of my first call. We had an old water softener that failed and released resin beads into our pipes. He figured out the problem within five minutes of arriving at our home. We scheduled a date/time for the instillation and repair service. He arrived on time, completed the project under schedule and under budget. He was very friendly and did a good job answering questions. I would highly recommend Moon to anyone in need!

I am so happy with the service today. They were on time, extremely thourough and professional and speedy! My drains are like new again! WIll definitely use them again and highly recommend!

This one-star review is based solely upon the unresponsiveness and deceit of the co-owner of the company, Chase. It is not an indictment against any other employees, and in fact, Andrew was very respectful and I wish him the best.The first day, everything went great. We had a piping repair done, and had our water heater replaced and a water softener installed, and everything was nearly completed the first day. And that's when Chase went off the grid, and would only respond to me when I threatened to leave a bad review of the company. He deceived me about shipping me a product I was owed for MONTHS, and when I finally confronted it with him head on, he couldn't offer a valid explanation. In addition, it took hounding to get him to come back out and insulate the water softener pipes that he didn't have insulation for the day of the install (which he assured me on Day 1 he'd be back soon to take care of)In addition, he doesn't stand behind his work. He installed heat tape around a pipe that was freezing up and told me to seal the drywall up (and told me he'd give me a recommendation for a drywaller on Day 1, which I asked him for several times and he finally said he didn't have). I did so, and in less than a year, the pipe had frozen again. He had installed it into a HEATIT Thermostatically Controlled Outlet, which I didn't think anything of because I'm not a plumber...until the first freeze when the water overflowed down my replaced drywall and flooded my laundry room floor. After thinking about it, that was a faulty install, because it was on the outside of the drywall he told me to replace, and the heat tape was on the inside where it was much colder than room temperature (so the heat tape wasn't kicking on because it was plugged into the outlet, which was reading room temperature). So I took out the outlet and began plugging the heat tape in in advance during below freezing days when I needed to do laundry. Eventually, it overflowed again and he sent Andrew out. I told Andrew I didn't want to pay to repair the drywall again because it had to be done at an angle and cost $200, and there was clearly an issue with the install due to repeat freezing, and Andrew called Chase to address how to proceed. Chase told Andrew that he told me I wasn't supposed to seal the drywall up, which is not only false, but would make no sense because I'd have a draft coming into my house. The conversation escalated when he said he couldn't be held liable for drywall work around a frozen pipe off a garage, because my laundry room is on the opposite side of the house, connected to my kitchen. It's not in some unheated area, which he was implying. And when I told him so and asked him if he'd like to speak to Andrew to confirm it, he said he didn't appreciate my tone. So I gave him a piece of my mind and told him I'd leave the rest of what I had to say in a review of the business. And that's the reason for this one-star review.

Had a water line leak. Under a slab. Guys worked their tails off to get to it and we’re polite and understanding when they had to give me bad news (additional hole in floor on other side of the wall). Also took it upon themselves to notice I was a veteran and offered a discount. Most folks don’t bring something like that up, they hope you simply don’t ask and charge full. Did great work and we’re good guys - will definitely use them again!

I thoughts Mr. Plumber would right a wrong, but I was mistaken.We've used Mr. Plumber for years for general maintenance, and usually the techs are high quality, but recently had an old leaking 2nd story shower we asked them to take a look at. I told the plumber I suspected it was faulty grout issue but just wanted to make sure. Seemingly in a hurry, he was insistent it had to be the shower hardware behind the wall, which he could fix for $1200. I deferred to his expertise and all that money later, we had the same exact leak that same day. I was able to stop the leak days later simply with more caulk. He also quoted me on another repair and when his manager came out he said that repair couldn't even be done. I was told this was one of their more experienced plumbers. After sharing our dissatisfaction, they only quoted us more work at a discount or offered a $200 refund. We took the refund, but they could never provide any proof that the $1200 fix was necessary, no proof that there was any reason to believe that was the source of the leak. I had another plumber from another company out for a second opinion and he said 8/10 times the type of leak I had is a grout issue. So, my wife who was present for all of this, and I feel cheated out of $1000 and now there's holes in the ceiling and wall we're left to deal with as well.

I like Larry and have known him for several years. This isn’t meant as an attack or a poor reflection on Larry, but the issue on my home air conditioning unit is now entering its 2nd month. I’ve now been told three times the issue has been fixed and now my coil evaporator is completely frozen solid. This is beyond absurd.There is no absolutely such thing as 24/7 Emergency Service either. I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes on a Saturday morning and no answer. So whoever Larry has farmed this 24/7 call service out too, they aren’t doing what Larry pays them to.Time for a Better Business Bureau complaint and chargeback on my Visa.

The price was a little high, but they did a great job of getting our pipe fixed. They were professional. We would totally use them again and highly recommend them.

I have had nothing but great service from Roby's at VERY reasonable prices. It goes all the way to the 1980s. Back then we had a busted water pipe and the guy went into my attic and used a ladder to get down behind the wall and the fireplace and he fixed it. The easy way for him would have been to tear up the wall, but he didn't want me to have to pay to have the wall repaired. Recently, I had Roby's come out and install a roman tub faucet and a shower faucet. I believe the plumber's name was Rick and he was very efficient and everything works great. I would not hesitate to call Roby's again.

Take the time to help the customer understand services and billing. We highly recommend them for all your drain needs.

A+!!! This company is incredible! Anton with Armor Air came out to inspect our main drain line which had become clogged. When he discovered that our clean-out access had issues, he could have easily charged us much more for the time/effort he spent hand-digging to get access and then finally getting the clogs cleared. But he didn't. He stood by the company's standard $79 fee to clear any drain. I was so impressed by Anton's honesty and willingness to try to save me money that I have hired Armor Air to service my furnace and clean all of our ductwork. So very glad my family was blessed when Anton helped us out! Thank you again Armor Air and please let Anton know that he deserves a raise! ?

Great company! We had a sewer line repair and I was dreading having to use my neighbor's bathroom while it was being worked on. They arrived at 930am and it was done by noon! They promptly came back the next day to fill in the hole. Great guys very efficient and friendly. They answered every question I posed to them. Great job!
