Called Casey when my water turned brown and stopped flowing, fearing the worst - he came out promptly and was immediately able to diagnose the issue (water softener), quote me a very fair price to replace the unit, and set up a time to replace the softener. I called him after his initial visit with questions I'd forgotten to ask, and he was very responsive and helpful. Installation was smooth, he walked me through all the details - overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

Devon Thomas went above and beyond - replaced the exact rug (by using a reverse google search) that had been soiled. Got me a different thermostat that is much simpler to use. I thanked him for all of his efforts and his reply Thank you for allowing us to make you happy. I thought that was incredible.Debbie - the CSR has been very understanding and flexible because I had to reschedule a few times. I appreciate her friendly attitude and understanding.The installers (sorry - I have forgotten their names) were very polite and considerate and did a great job.I highly recommend Service Plus - I was treated very well by everyone.

Our A/C went out unexpectedly and we called late in the evening not expecting to get an appointment right away. Mr. Quik was here very first thing that next morning! The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

Tony and Jeremy came to my house to install shut off valves and drains for two sinks in a new bathroom. Due to the location of the vanity drawers, there was very little room to navigate. Somehow, they managed to install everything in the tight space and did a phenomenal job. I will definitely be using Hellyer plumbing again for my future plumbing needs. Thanks so much!

Called this company on the recommendation of another company for service because I had a clogged main line. I made my first call at 10:30am and they told me someone would be out. It took 12 hours and 4 phone calls before a tech actually arrived. The tech was able to clear the clog but less then three weeks later I started hearing the same issues with the plumbing. They sent the tech back out and again he ran the line and didn't find anything that would be causing issues. I was charged another service fee and nothing was resolved. I've paid almost $400 in less than three weeks and still don't feel comfortable that it's not going to have issues.
