I’ve used Hope Plumbing twice now, and both times they have been professional, kind and expeditious. Within two hours of a call for help, they contact me with an accurate ETA and get the work done fast and right. I appreciate that they give multiple quotes for different levels of service and always apply coupons available without hassle. I would recommend Hope Plumbing to anyone who needs service, especially on an older home such as ours. It is truly a joy to have a locally owned business provide such a great service.

Had them come out to repair a sink and go over an estimate from a competitor. Discovered that the competitor was inventing code violations to increase the list of things needing completed. We are not amused, as we have a maintenance contract with them at this time. We will be moving our business to Benjamin Franklin as soon as that contract is up. Thank you, Brian!

Replaced cloths washer valve connections. I received a quote for the job the same day I submitted a request and had an appointment (this was quick, easy and fair). Four days later the job was done with no hassle. Adam called and asked if they could arrive early and this was great. When they arrived Adam confirmed our agreed upon price and explained what they were going to do. This was helpful because the job was more involved than I originally thought and involved some customization due to the uniqueness of the valve box placement. Adam looked at some other work I need done and I received a quote the same day. Over all just a really good experience.

Jake did a great job with our repair. Punctual and friendly. He went above and beyond and I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing issues. I was able to see a photo of my repairman before he arrived which gave me a more comfortable, safer feeling than I normally have letting repairmen in my home.

Wes and another employee spent the day draining our water heater, replacing pipes to the water softener, and installing quarter turns in the kitchen and one bathroom. They were professional and friendly. They did the job and
Wes came back to take care of a problem that was a result of the work done. He was accompanied on the next visit by a seasoned plumber who was able to solve the dilemma. It was a good experience for all. We are impressed by the work ethic of Wes,

I contacted Acme Plumbing for a hot water heater replacement. They arrived at 3:30 and finished approx 11:30PM. They stated that I needed to replace 2 other items to be up to code. I agreed to do this. Within the first 30 days, they have been out a total of 5 times repairing, replacing and tighting. I have had water leaking 2 times, The pressure tank that was installed is defective and now they are saying maybe the water company needs to replace the meter also? ALL of this for a water heater. They have showed up when they state, just not to sure about the quality of the work. 4/25/2019 update. no responds from acme plumbing and I now have even more water leaking from where they installed the pressure gauges . I have another company coming out to fix this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

We had Reasonable Plumbing come out to plumb and install a water softener, as well as replace a leaking hose bib. Solomon was super professional and responded quickly. Prices were extremely reasonable as well. Will definitely use them again in the future!

We had a burst pipe in our wall this afternoon, I called around to 6 different plumbers, all who wouldn’t come out until the next day because it was later in the day.

I kept calling down the list of plumbers until I got to these guys. Dawn answered the phone and was so sweet and helpful. We had a plumber out here within 30 minutes after I called.

He was very kind and jumped right in and told us the problem. We thought it was going to be hundreds of dollars to repair, and being graduate students that stressed us out, but he had the problem fixed in less than an hour and our bill was an affordable and beautiful relief.
