Trayvon was professional during his inspection even for a simple job of repairing a bathtub faucet. We also discussed some issues with my sump pump, but I decided not to proceed with that for now.

This company did good work, just not all of it. This was a sewer blockage in an historic home. They replaced interior pipes and cleaned the line until they ran into an obstruction they couldn't identify or move and stopped work and walked off with their very high fee and left the problem unresolved. When asked they indicated that the contract signed did not stipulate that the entire issue be fixed, which was, of course, not the impression they gave verbally. The crew was professional timely, clean, I would give 5 stars if the problem had also been fixed. Instead another company had to be arranged for and now it is resolved.

I had to call plumb doctor due to a backed up garbage disposal that was making my house smell wretched. Jamie got me scheduled right away and John and the guys came out and did a excellent job repairing the problem at a lower price than the other 5 companies that I had called to get quotes from. I will no longer waste time looking for another company to fix any type of plumbing problems in the future! I assure you that the team at plumb doctor is the most professional and affordable company in there field!

So so so happy I called Bob to fix my sinks! He could have charged me a mint and I would have paid it gladly to get my bathroom sinks flowing again. He charged $45 for the whole job and showed me exactly how to fix it myself if/when the problem recurs. Highly recommend!!

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

Price of installation of a simple faucet was totally ridiculous.

The girls in the office that scheduled the service were so friendly and helpful! The guys that came out to install our lights went to Lowes for us to pick up light blubs because we forgot to get them prior to them coming. They were very friendly and very quick! I would definitely use Godby again and refer their services to anyone looking.

Casey was right on time, found the problem with our kitchen sink drain. Replaced parts to stop the leak and cleaned up and reused any parts that were still in good condition. We were surprised that his service costs were less than we had anticipated .
We will use Moon again for our plumbing needs.

Paul did a super job. He was very friendly and explained what he was going to do. He was going to be checking my main line with a camera as routine maintenance. He asked if I was having any problems or issues, When he was complete he let me know and again asked if I had any questions. I love this company and would give them and Paul a 5 star rating...

My shop sink was clogged with lots of debris, both old and new from my floral design messes and Corey fixed it in no time! He even had the handy part to put a filter int he drain to catch the junk that I inevitably put in it. Great family, great employees, and great service!
