Starting with Jim, he was fantastic! Prompt, courteous, efficient and very well armed with updated technology. He found the problem and not only worked with me to get the new water heater coming, but came back and finished the installation at 7PM. Exceptional and superior person and service. He also called Adam with water restoration. Adam and his crew, led by Matt, were to my house before Jim left and immediately began estimating the damage - again, using technology to aide their experience. The floor was taken up and I had 8 dryers and 2 dehumidifiers in no time. He worked with the insurance company the next day and arrived at exactly the time he said he would the following day to check and remove the equipment. Finally,. He recognized my dog was missing her toys (they were behind where the crew was working), so he went in and got her one, talking to her the whole time. Most recently, the compressor failed on my heat pump, and despite their busy schedule, the staff went out of their way to make sure their on call technician spoke to me by phone that evening. Joe insisted on coming out the next day to see if there was any resolution during this weekend of severe temperatures. While the unit couldn't be salvaged, I was grateful for the quick response and great customer service from the entire team.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.
