I called nick’s because my kitchen sinks would not drain. I believed the problem was the external pipe from the kitchen that needed to be cleaned out. The pipe is old and periodically ends to be cleaned.I called Nick’s and they said they would send someone within a couple of hours.Then along came Jerrod who had cleaned the pipe a year ago. He immediately began to check the external pipe only to find it was not blocked.It turned out it was a leak in the kitchen wall which needless to say was much more complicated. While diagnosing the problem which took a while, he explained everything he was doing, showed me pictures as he fixed the problem. I give him two thumbs up (more if possible). He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely basis and the price was fair. I will use them for any future plumbing needs.Leslie Holmes

Highly Recommended ... I had a plumbing emergency, so in the process called three plumbers. Bluefrog was the first to respond and commit to the project. The plumber was dispatched timely, and I got notifications as to the name and time of his arrival (both email and phone call). He stayed and completed the job in the same day (extending well into the evening). I was very pleased with the process, his professionalism, and his correspondence. I will say their prices were higher than expected, but I think the customer service and professionalism compensated for the higher charges. I would use them again, although I hope it is not related to another plumbing emergency.

We used them to repair leaks in our gas line. They were timely, professional, and friendly. Our tech, Jose, wore a mask in our house and respectfully wore shoe covers so that our floors don’t get dirty. I highly recommend that them for your plumbing needs!

Leonard and Mario were absolutely fantastic - they replaced my shower cartridge with no issue even though the plumbing and valves were very old and parts are usually hard to find. They were so kind, respectful, and patient with me, I truly appreciated their help in getting this issue resolved efficiently. I was initially nervous because it was frustrating to coordinate with Eda in terms of scheduling - I kept having to personally follow-up myself even though she said she would call back several times, and I was told I would receive a confirmation email and I never did. But luckily it all worked out in the end - once Leonard and Mario were here, they did a great job.

Micah and Matt came out and immediately put my mind at ease. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough, They were able to diagnose and repair a problem that a previous plumber told me would cost $14,000 to repair. Fortunately, I got a second opinion. Micah and Matt were able to flush the line which saved THOUSANDS of dollars and a compromised foundation by unnecessary digging. If you need a good plumber, look no further! TDT plumbing is my only company from now on. Honesty is rare these days. Thank you, TDT, for helping to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. Took less than 1 hour. 10 stars ⭐️

They are very unprofessional and trys to over charge unsuspecting customers. I will never use or refer them to ANYONE.

Noticed all these reviews are dated around the same time frame and all sounds alike? Another red flag, most of them have only 1 single review, I'd do more research before hiring this plumbing company

The company has no showed me 3 times in 3 consecutive days. Recommended to me by our realtor and I have spoken with the owner (Mike), his son and Ken (service manager). Beware! They have every excuse in the book - not in database, new receptionist, bad scheduling, miscommunication.

Alltex was helpful to me in my time of need! They managed to work with me on prices and were very compassionate. I am very am impressed and will be using them in the future.
