Best Water Softener Services in Houston TX
Kevin and I have always had a wonderful experience with Village Plumbing! Today we were notified of a possible leak. I called and talked to Karen who was so helpful and even tried a few things I could check to save an unnecessary service visit and if a coupon was available for me to use when that didn’t work. Then Stephanie called within 30 minutes to set up an appointment and had someone at our house today within 1 hour! I was sent a text with my technician’s name and a picture too. Then Leo arrived and was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Village Plumbing. They are all so courteous, informative, knowledgeable and prompt. I have been extremely happy with their service every time, especially when it’s urgent to get an appointment quickly like a possible leak. Village Plumbing from the initial call to the service is excellent!

Nick's guys showed up as they were suppose to evaluated the situation came back as promised the next morning with all the parts and fixed both of the toilets, Just in the Nick of time according to my husband. Lol! Thank you! Will definitely use for all plumbing needs going forward.

During the freezing weather in early March 2021 we lost electricity for 3 days. We turned off water to the house. Once power was restored we waited another 3 days to turn the water back on because we continued to have frigid weather each night. Once we turned the water back on we didn’t have any problems. One day later I went to wash a load of clothes and water came out from behind the washer. Through our neighborhood paper we found an ad for Bluefrog Plumbing. Ricardo Teran was the technician that came. He was very knowledgeable and from what he could see did not think (but couldn’t guarantee) that we had a pipe issue unless he removed the Sheetrock to check pipes. He gave us an estimate and let us know they did not do Sheetrock work to repair. We approved this and glad we did - there was no pipe damage and he said there might have been some frozen water in the washer drain so when I did a load it backed up. No issues since. We were pleased with Ricardo and would recommend Bluefrog.

Our kitchen drain line clogged on a Saturday at 7 pm during post dinner clean up. Being average DIYers we grabbed the 25 foot snake I had purchased for situations such as this, and it wouldn’t touch the clog! I called Roto Rooter for their 24 hour service. They sent Jaime L. all the way from Rosenberg to Kingwood to help us out. He arrived at 10 pm and had our drain unclogged in less than 30 minutes. He was incredibly helpful and offered me tips and products I could use to keep my drains clog free and gave us a 6 month guarantee in the snaking he did on our pipe. Outstanding service from a guy we took away from his own family on a Saturday night. We are so grateful! Thanks Roto Rooter!

I have used Brad's Plumbing on several occasions in the last few years. Brad's Plumbing has also done work for the rest of my family. I have used other plumbers in the past and know Brad's prices are fair. I have never had any problems with any work they have performed. They are upfront and have never been to busy to explain the process or reasons for the repairs made. Brad's plumbing is a family run business, with no sales gimmicks or high pressure sales guys.

Andrew was great. He was on time, went straight to work, fixed the problem and it was not as costly as I thought. As an added bonus, his personality was awesome, which made the experience even better.

Beware!, We’re where using Pickett plumbing for a few years before since we have a kitchen pipe that clogs like once a year because of a bad design of the drainage, anyways, on the last call for service, a couple of days ago, we got a very unpleasant experience; turns out that the company has been sold to a new owners and with that, a new practices of doing business, usually with the previous owner (or at least that is what the technician told me, that this is a new owner), they explained it to me that there was a minimum service fee of $69. (+/-), and that it will be waved if I accept to do the service, and usually I ended up paying around $250. Every time I call them, I knew how much it will cost me, but now, UUFF!!, First, they didn’t want it to confirm the price for the service that I wanted to be done, and there’s a reason why, because they want to get to your home and charge you the “diagnosis call”(which I knew what the problem was), and that cost me this time $89.00, ($20.dlls more than before), and didn’t even told you when you make the appointment. Secondly; remember they use to charge me $250; well now they want $700.00+89.00!!!, and try to sell you a useless VIP Membership for $150. So basically, all thy went to my house was to take my money for nothing. Beware!
