We used a couple of other plumbers in the area over the past years, but I never felt like I got a good deal or a fair deal. So, when our sprinkler system main pipe started leaking, I let my yard guys take a whack at it. It still leaked and it was getting to the point that it was completely out of code. My wife called Blue Frog and I expected the same service as the other vendors in the past, but this time was different. They came over to just give me a quote, and they explained it all to me, what needed to be done, and gave me options. We let them replace the entire piece and they even wrapped our pipes for winter when they were done. I left feeling like I had a new plumber and I got a fair deal out of it. It’s like your AC or your car; you tend to be over a barrel it seems when it comes to these issues, and it is nice to see that there are companies out there that are honest.

Great business. Fast. Reliable. Knowledgeable. Just a bit pricey. We had a clogged drain. Freddy was there within a couple of hours and had the clog gone in less than 10 min. They also guarantee their work for 6 months.

I have used Brad's Plumbing since 1993 when I bought this house. Today I called as usual and they came right out to inspect the problem I had with my water meter connection. They (Jeremy, did a great job) replaced the connection and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone in west Houston/Katy area.

We were blown away with the services we received from James and Capital Care Plumbing. The most descriptive word I can think of is integrity which sadly few service entities have these days. James was super responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He could have charged us a small fortune and did not but instead got us fixed up at a fraction of what we could have been charged. We had some back and forth discussions and he responded immediately each time and the phone team truly made me feel that they cared. They are very quick in their response time, they had a technician at our house within a few hours. Cameron, our technician, was very professional and courteous as well as very knowledgeable. Cameron checked on us multiple times to make sure we were ok while we waited for the go ahead from the city and had us back up and running within a week. Great price, great work, we would absolutely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service! I had what looked like a leak in an exterior wall of my home. Acosta sent someone out to take a look and was able to get me scheduled quickly to get the issue resolved.
