We're very happy with the problem solving Nick's provided. Gilbert, our technician, worked quickly and efficiently and observed the current Covid safety precautions. He was personable and knowledgeable and promptly repaired/replaced our faucet and disposer. The cost for the work was reasonable, and we definitely will use Nick's Plumbing again.

Halo did a great job unclogging my main sewer line between my house and the street. They showed up quickly after I called them and their technicians were courteous and good at explaining what the issue was. They got the job done fast and the price was very reasonable. DO NOT USE ROTO-ROOTER!!!!!!! PERIOD!!! If I could have given them one star, I would have. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Called this morning to schedule emergency service today. We actually cancelled with another provider to go with Roto-Rooter. We were put on the schedule for this service this afternoon. Got a call from their dispatch center, when our appointment was for, and was told that they would not be able to make it out as they didn't have enough techs in the area. So then why did you make the appointment with me earlier this morning!!!! I told them it was an emergency as we have been staying in a hotel, and they said they said that they only had techs for commercial emergencies.Needless to say, they do not care about the customers, and apparently over book and don't keep promises. I would NOT recommend using them unless you want broken promises. For as large of a company as they are I was surprised that they could not find one person to come out for what should be an easy fix. Their suggestion to help me with my problem was to have the person that originally installed my water heater come fix it. WOW...

We had a terrible grinder pump issue where a PVC coupling came apart and the neighborhood pressurized sewage was free flowing back into our yard and our neighbor's yard. I called M & M and they fit me into their first available appointment. The crew came out, fixed my coupling, replaced a defective backflow preventer, and made sure the system was working properly. Since most plumbers don't like to work on grinder pump systems, it was very nice to have a company that knew what to do. I would also like to recognize Amy Kettle who was excellent at customer service and making sure we were satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend M & M for you plumbing needs.

During a time where plumbers were working through a high demand time, this company went above the standard and worked us into their schedule. On a Sunday, when no one else was available or willing or even able to work us in. The plumber arrived, identified the issue, and discounted the price; because it was a simple fix. That’s an upstanding action, as I’m hearing of friends and co-workers being charged astronomical prices due to the demand of plumbers. A trusting and honest company is rare in these times! The brass ball shutoff valve for the main water entry line on the exterior of my home had a slow leak in it. Ben Hacker at Synergy Plumbing came highly recommended to me from a trusted source. I felt this was a fairly complex issue and I wanted someone who could handle the job and would do the work correctly. I contacted Ben to evaluate and make necessary repairs. He and his associate arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated time frame he gave me. Ben is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to do business with.
