These people do outstanding work. Flawless and perfectly done in every way. The first time was two months ago to install new faucets in the downstairs bathrooms. Yesterday again to install two new toilets which look and work perfectly. Some things they do that every customer appreciates: 1. Dispatch center keeps you on top of their arrival time...they call and e-mail you to let you know their plumber is enroute. They even e-mail you the picture and name of the person coming so you know who to expect. The plumbers and their trucks are very well equipped and on arrival they assess what needs to be done and give you immediate up-front pricing. When done they clean everything like they had never been there and e-mail you before and after pictures of the job they just completed. I am beyond pleased. For you plumbing needs, call them now and you will thank me later.

During the freezing weather in early March 2021 we lost electricity for 3 days. We turned off water to the house. Once power was restored we waited another 3 days to turn the water back on because we continued to have frigid weather each night. Once we turned the water back on we didn’t have any problems. One day later I went to wash a load of clothes and water came out from behind the washer. Through our neighborhood paper we found an ad for Bluefrog Plumbing. Ricardo Teran was the technician that came. He was very knowledgeable and from what he could see did not think (but couldn’t guarantee) that we had a pipe issue unless he removed the Sheetrock to check pipes. He gave us an estimate and let us know they did not do Sheetrock work to repair. We approved this and glad we did - there was no pipe damage and he said there might have been some frozen water in the washer drain so when I did a load it backed up. No issues since. We were pleased with Ricardo and would recommend Bluefrog.

Ramon was great. He found the problem right away, explained everything also gave some suggestions. A nice guy with excellent customer service skills & corrected the problem without breaking the bank. I will definitely call them again!

Avoid this companyThey sent a technician to diagnosis and fix a clogged toilet and a clogged garbage disposal. The technician barely touched my toilet and refused to look at the clogged disposal. We tried to call him back and he did not answer my calls. We attempted to call the company to make a complaint and they dismissed and did nothing to solve the problem. I have to get another 65 dollars to get another plumber or use this company. I am going get choice warranty and avoid using this plumbing company ever again.

I’m leaving this review for the driver of van 34 today on Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena. He changed lanes without a blinker, almost sodeswiping me. Then he did the same thing to another car the next lane over. I tried calling but the phone operator didn’t seem concerned.
