Had a great experience with Blue Frog from scheduling the appointments to fixing the water heater. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. They made every effort for me to understand each issue I had in getting the water heater fixed. Blue Frog had good communication, very helpful in placing the items for me, and did an excellent job. Micah and Jack came out within a couple hours of calling the office and worked quickly to clean out a blockage from our sewer line. They also confirmed the other lines under the house and to the CoH main line were clear. Very pleased with the courteous service.
