Best Toilet Clogged in Houston TX

Everything Nick's Plumbing has done for me has been top-notch work. Last week he (David) had to lower the water source (box) in the wall behind my washer/dryer down about 8 inches. This will allow me to extend my granite over my new washer/dryer appliances in my new kitchen renovation. He not only did it quickly, he gave me a much needed discount I guess because I've had them out to my townhouse so much. I really appreciated that as I am a single mother raising a handicapped 30 year old. Nick's rocks in my book!

Don't know where to even start. Im a 65 y o Vet and cancer patient for 7 years. Lost my voice to throat cancer and can't even use a phone. My Kitchen sink backed up and had a friend call a Plumber for me, Thank God he choose Roto-Rooter to call. They sent a guy out and come to find out there was a garden hose stuck in the pipe on the sink drain/trap that had been left there. I was told they would have to tunnel under the slab to remove it and would range from $2500 o $3500 depending on how far they had to tunnel to reach it. They sent Ryan Mauldin the camera tech out and couldn't get a camera in it with the hose in it so the only option was to dig it out. I told him i only had 6 months of life left and could not afford it. He went and set in his truck on the phone to the office and came back and told me because of my medical problems and not much time left that they would have a crew dig it up and take care of if i could just pay the guys digging for there labor. He sent Daniel and Jose out to dig it up and as usual run into one thing after another, 3' thick slab , tree roots , half the pipe buried in concrete , these two men have spent a day and a half laying in a dirt hole upside down and never complained once. Im at a lost for words, all i can say is this Old Vet thinks you guys are a 1st Class Act to help someone like me out of a bad spot. 110% Customer Service at it's Finest. Amazing experience! I had a well know company out to look at my leak a few days prior and they wanted to charge me over $1,000 to do work on my faucet. Mr Rooter tech came out and immediately saw that it was my AC unit drain line. Cost me less than $200 ? Best experience and Luke was very informative, took the time to explain in detail what exactly was the problem and how it could be fixed.

Nice plumber. Job completed. Work required: connection of drain from ice maker; leaking sink and faucet in utility room, running toilet. 4.5 hrs and $150 parts total $760.00. No Kohler parts on truck. Work completed: 2 Strainers and drains replaced, o-ring in faucet; toilet bowl had to be removed to replace leaking valve. When drain line connected to piping for ice maker, strainer drained leaked afterwards. Longer than expected and higher cost than expected. You be the judge as to how I faired.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

A leaking pipe repair from this plumbing service and it was a great experience. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough, and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing services you may need.
