Best Tankless Water Heater Maintenance in Houston TX

Had an excellent experience with this company. Extremely pleasant customer service and they sent technicians out within 20 minutes. David and his assistant were very nice, explained issues easily and had the new tank in within an hour. David explained all pricing options and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed on the day of my appointment. No one even bothered to call me to tell me that they were not showing. I missed a day of work waiting for them to show up. I even called to ask when they were coming and they said in the next few hours and still no one showed up.

The owner and the technician (Chris) both went above and beyond to provide an excellent service in replacing my water heater. Excellent in every way. I highly recommend their services.

My air-conditioning was not cooling properly. So, I called Abacus in the afternoon and they were able to schedule a technician to come out to do a free estimate the same day. The technician discovered that the fan monitor had gone out and he did not have the part on his truck. We discuss repairing and replacing the unit since it was 14 years old. He scheduled comfort technician to come out the next morning to discuss pricing for both options. The next morning Jose Ortega came to discuss our options and pricing. We decided to replace to unit. The installation team lead by Ruben Guerrero came around 1pm the same day to start the installation. Eventhough they weren't able to finish in one day. They didn't stop working until 10 pm so we could have air that evening and not have to sleep in a hot house again. They just had to come back the next day to do minor things. They were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Abacus air-conditioning repairs and replacement.

These folks are amazing! They saved me at least $8k from another company claiming that i had busted pipes, etc. underground. TDT took the time over the phone to explain all possibilities and made a quality recommendation for taking a step by step process before jumping into the worst case scenario. My total bill was $800 for a new cleanout installed in the front yard plus a number of minor tasks with the old pipes. I also used them for my tenants next door and they made a quick $150 trip to clean out their water line. Everything is working great. Fair, honest, on time and easy to work with. 10 Stars!!!

Justin was awesome today! Fix the problem and cleaned the mess. Took time to explain and reassure that they would take care of the backup issue for the entire line of townhome units! We have had 3 other plumbing companies out here, been living with this problem since Thanksgiving 2020..But thanking GOD for AAA Plumbers today!

The company has no showed me 3 times in 3 consecutive days. Recommended to me by our realtor and I have spoken with the owner (Mike), his son and Ken (service manager). Beware! They have every excuse in the book - not in database, new receptionist, bad scheduling, miscommunication.

Joe Arenales did an extraordinary job on diagnosis of my AC issue and accurately identified the problem with fair price. He was very patient and explained every details to me. His service goes above and beyond. He deserves more than 5 stars. I highly recommend him to anyone has AC issues.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding.
