I contacted Halo to diagnose a plumbing issue at mom's house Initially, Loren was very responsive, but he never provided me with any written documentation for the over $1,500 of work he performed, which paperwork we need to submit to the insurance company for possible reimbursement. After my repeated requests for over two months, he stopped responding altogether.

I give them one star because they came on time and seem to have fixed the issue. However, I cannot give them any more because I was made to agree to a high price as they told me it would take the whole day. Instead they left in 3.5h including the time for lunch, and I ended up paying $750 for the job at a lawyerly rate of 250/hr. Needless to say I will not use them again.

The company is really liable and works with knowledgeable people. They solve my toilet drainage clogging issue smoothly. I am delighted with the company and especially technician Pepe.

These guys are GREAT. Quality work at a reasonable price. They have worked on several of my rental homes as well as my personal house. Everything from minor plumbing repairs to redoing our entire master bath. New shower, toilets, faucets and so on. I would highly recommend these plumbers.

Delvin came to service a plumbing issue today and was very thorough in his explanation of issue and plan to fix it. The scheduling was quick and easy, I had a service repair to my house in less than 2 hours and issues resolved very timely.

Lucky’s looked at an area on the wall behind the toilet that was damp after a house cleaning service did a deep clean through the house a few days ago. The dampness dried up the next day and stayed dry thereafter. However, I called Lucky’s to make sure there were no underlying problems. Eric confirmed there was no leaking from the toilet. He also found a 1/8 inch drop using a level on the floor from the wall to 2 ft away. Since there was no stain around the toilet base caulking, Eric said the water from mopping ran down the grout channel under the wall and absorbed into the sheet rock where I saw the dampness. He also said there was no trip charge!I appreciated Eric’s honesty, knowledge and professionalism and am happy to recommend him and Lucky’s Plumbing

The water levels in my shower were very low, it took me forever to take a bath properly, so I asked my son-in-law if he happened to know a plumber and he recommended this company, he made an appointment for me and after 3 days they sent to Damian, the tech told me that it was a very common pressure problem in the residential area due to the type of showers used by the construction company, he says that the holes clog a lot because they are of poor quality, he recommended that I change the shower head, I accepted and the same company was in charge of bringing it as quickly as possible, Damian disassembled the old shower head and it was really dirty inside, he assembled the new one with a special glue and since that day the water in my shower flows perfectly, I am going for a month from the service and I have not had any problem, although the problem was easy to solve, it would never have occurred to me, a very efficient company.

My air conditioner was not blowing cool air at all. I called Budget and they were out within the hour. Not only were their prices the greatest (compared to others) but they were able to fix the problem right then and there. 5 stars!! Great people great service! Will recommend to my friends and family! I have now hired him on two separate occasions for plumbing repairs and he answered the phone promptly; responded quickly to my needs and fixed the issues with such professionalism. Overall I had a great experience with Kintex Plumbing. Started out with a very courteous individual on the phone who answered my call immediately and got me scheduled for next day service. The techinician showed up on time and were great. Clean work and good explanation of the issue. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service.
